Disrespect

Got there 2nd day went to load dishwasher and the unit started to tilt out from under cabinet, not secured. Stayed 27 days due to relocation to area and would not give me a key to mailbox, had to pay post office to change lock and get new key. Old keys were in the mailbox. Took about 20 days to get that done, and they do not see how they are wrong, as far as cleanliness found childs underwear and socks under couch with dust bunnies.

The Pros: The townhome was clean and they provided a lot of towels, and dishwashing and laundry soap. All the appliances worked. The property management team communicated a lot (maybe too much as we received 2 different emails at check out and a text). Location was pretty close to Dollywood so if you are going there the location was good. The Cons: The kitchen was not very well stocked. They only had a set of silverware for about 4 people. There were no sheet pans or a cutting board. So missing a lot of essentials if you will be doing any cooking while staying there. The listing was incorrect as they stated there was a king bed in the "master" but it was a full/queen size bed (the listing was updated after speaking with the property manager), This was a major issue for us as we did not have enough beds for our group. Neither VRBO or the property group was able to resolve this issue during our stay making it an overall unpleasant experience.

Fall Family Vacay

We were able to squeeze in a quick family vacay for Columbus Day weekend. Found this property on the app and was pleasantly surprised at how convenient and close to attractions this property is. This unit had everything we needed plus some extras! We really enjoyed our stay.
