We brought a multi generational family on a trip to this house for an extended weekend. We planned on fishing, tubing, eating, and enjoying the lake. We accomplished all. We brought our own boat and trailer. I would recommend dropping the boat off at the Larry R Gale access (a mile or two away) prior to coming to the property. The driveway was a little narrow with trees lining it. Which made backing in with a boat difficult. The boat slip and lift were amazing and made leaving the boat in the lake worry free. The property is a hard to come by FLAT access to the lake. We needed this due to some young children and an adult who uses a walker. The path to the lake and dock was perfect. I can't say enough good things about the outside/yard of this property. The house had ample space for our stay. We were able to cook all of our meals in the house or on the grill. Plenty of towels for showers. We brought our own beach towels. Washer and dryer was nice to have. We all loved our stay so much we were discussing booking the same trip again next summer. The host was VERY easy to get ahold of and communication was the best I've ever had at a rental.

Family fishing fun

This rental was just as listed and one of the best visited. Cove was calm and quiet but close to big niangua. Community boat ramp at end of road allowed us to put boat in close to home and no steps to dock was great. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs along with living rooms on each level allowed our multi generational gathering room to spread out. Very relaxing setting on decks watching the lake and wildlife. Highly recommend this property
