This unique space has a style all its own. Newly built Scandinavian home nestled on the lake with 3 ensuite bedrooms & waterfront lounge over-looking the lake. Enjoy the immaculate views from the Muskoka window, loft & balcony. Relax in this modern cottage featuring 2 firepits, experience kayak & canoe adventures on the lake & unwind in the hot tub under starlit skies. Sleeps 10+ ppl. A space truly unlike the rest! Only 1 hr north of Toronto.
The space
Looking for a separate space to escape from the crowd? This home features 1 separate Bunkie. Relax in the Large Bunkie by the Lake with a coffee or cold drink in hand. This Bunkie has a TV, coffee-maker and fridge. All linens towels, shampoos, dishes and so forth provided. 5 minute drive to the Marina to launch your boat for your stay. *For special events contact the host.

RULES TO AGREE UPON ONCE RENTING THE COTTAGE:

1. It is a family cottage, so no smoking inside the cottage (if you choose to smoke outside, please do not leave the butts on the ground)
2. You wave all liabilities if you decide to use water sporting equipment. There will be various lifejackets to use, however, it is mandatory that anyone who uses the kayaks and canoe must wear a lifejacket. It is encouraged to bring your own to guarantee a lifejacket will fit
3. There are two fire pits in the backyard for guests to use. Please put the fire out at the end of each night.
4. If the outside patio furniture or chairs are moved throughout the day, please put everything back where they belong by the end of the day. This is to ensure that none of the furniture is picked up by the water current or change in active weather.
5. No PETS are allowed on the property.
6. We have a brand new 7-seater hot tub with the view of the lake! Anyone under the age of 16 needs to be supervised by an adult. No food in the hot tub. Please put hot tub lid back down after use. We assume no liabilities in the event of any slip and fall entering or exiting the hot tub.
7. Please keep noise level at a reasonable level at all times.
8. Home runs on septic system.
Do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper.
