Welcome to our cozy lakeside cottage in Emsdale, Ontario! Situated by North Bay Lake, the cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 washrooms for your family's comfort. A spacious living room and kitchen provide a welcoming space for quality time together. To access our private dock and waterfront area, simply walk down the driveway and cross the quiet main road (North Bay Lake Road) directly in front of the property. The area offers plenty of outdoor activities like fishing, boating, and kayaking. Relax on the deck, feel the gentle breeze, and soak up the sun on the dock. Experience the joy of the lakeside and create cherished memories at our retreat.

We had a very pleasant week staying at this cottage. The rooms were clean and the whole cottage is spacious. Morning coffee at the west deck was enjoyable. The outdoors srounding the cottage could use some care and maintenance. Going down to the lake was a bit of a challenge, for us older people, with the steep driveway and stairs leading down to the lake. But overall it was a very good stay.

We did enjoy our stay - the cottage was great - spacious - the grass in the front could have been cut to allow an area for kids to play - I didn’t want them going through the long grass because of the possibility of ticks

I had an amazing stay at this cottage. Haris was super friendly and went above and beyond to make my experience an awesome one. The cottage is super spacious and came with everything I needed to enjoy a fabulous long weekend with friends and family. Thanks Haris!

Great Location

This is a great location close to Huntsville. We enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and comfortable. The grounds outside and the dock area need some maintenance and updating. The lake was great for swimming.

Perfect Guys Weekend Fishing Trip!

The cottage has everything a group of guys need for a couple days fishing off the dock. It’s comfortable, clean, has plenty of beds and a great kitchen. The dock is nice and big and the fish were biting. Great weekend!!

It is not Lakeside first of all. It is across the road and down a couple hills to the lake. When we first saw the advertisement the dock that was advertised in his pictures were actually pictures of his Neighbours stock, which was a nice dock. The host got another book another place dock was terrible. He has since changed the pic since I complained. First night, we were there a mouse came running down the hallway from the bedrooms under the couch as we scrambled to try to get it it ran into the kitchen started to get into our food at all five of us struggled to get out of the house. Next night, same thing happened with either the same house who came back in or a different mouse. The coffee machine didn’t work properly, the kettle didn’t work properly. The balustrades on the balconies were very loose. For heaven sakes don’t bring any toddlers here. When we arrived, the towels were hanging on a drying rack in the middle of the living room, looks like they had just been done by hand and hung up there. Looks like somebody lives here and left for the day so that we could read the place. Their stuff is everywhere, very messy. All rundown furnishings and rugs. Sheets missing on beds. This should not be up for rent on any website.

We had a great time at this cottage. The lake was wonderful to swim in. The cottage has all the necessary amenities for a nice getaway trip. Having said that, I would be a bit cautious about coming here with kids. There are some repairs that are needed for safety. Patio banister needs to be secured, as well as the steps to exit the lake on the dock (they are holding by a screw). I would also recommend replacing the chairs on the dock. Some were broken.

The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a lot of room and would be suitable for more than one family. We enjoyed our stay very much. The lake was lovely.
