*Complimentary access to Sandpiper Cove’s five sparkling swimming pools and three hot tubs located conveniently throughout the property along with charcoal grills, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and a pitch and putt 9-hole golf course. Two of our pools are heated for your comfort during the winter months. On-premises food, The Sand Flea (beachside Tiki-Bar open March-October) and Louisiana Lagniappe (upscale seafood waterfront dining with a Creole flair, with casual attire permitted.)

A perfectly beautiful property and a wonderful staff. The gatehouse staff was especially on-the-ball. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from the moment we checked in and we were sad to have to go back home. Beach access is easy, even from the very back of the property: a pleasant walk, even for small children. The beach staff waa courteous and helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been staying at Sandpiper Spring and Fall for the past 15 years or so. It's a great place to vacation. Quiet and gated, not at all "touristy," but very close to all kinds of attractions.The staff, both office and maintenance, are very friendly and helpful if you have any problems, the pools and grounds are clean. Over the years, many of the condos have been extensively refurbished and updated. We've never had a bad one.Sandpiper has a great beach and a small, but challenging, golf course on-site. Very informal, just walk on and start playing. We love it here!

Easy drive over to the beach side for loading and unloading beach chairs and umbrellas. The owners have obviously done a lot of work to renovate their unit and keep it in pristine condition. 100% would stay again.

Reviewer Comments: I would definitely recommend to friends and family to stay at this property, one thing could have been better though, we always spend our vacation in clearwater or siesta key Florida, for a change we though of Destin, we arrived real early to over estimating the distance and travel time, I was charged $105 to get the keys earlier, this is NOT about the money BUT as a management company, and since I am a first time customer I would have NOT charge these fees since the apartment was ready already and its only a few hours, just a customer service issue.. over all great stay and thank you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was surprised by the price of the property, it is a really good price for what you get. The apartment looks like the pictures, the location couldn’t be better, it’s just perfect. It’s very clean and provides everything you need (expecting shampoo and a sponge to wash the dishes). We arrived a little bit earlier and they kindly allowed us to check in earlier. We stayed 6 and we were very confortable during a long weekend.
