Welcome to your home away from home. This luxurious, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom CORNER UNIT townhome is centrally located in the quiet neighborhood of Queen Mary Park.

We guarantee that as soon as you walk in the front door you will feel relaxed and at home. This unit was professionally designed and organized. No detail has been overlooked when creating this space for our guests.

We are now hosting two units side by side. Please inquire on our monthly rates.

THE SPACE:
These are all the reasons why this home is the perfect choice for guests:
- This unit is gorgeous with over-height ceilings, tons of windows & floor to ceiling glass walls on main floor.
- High end finishes & smart home technology. WIFI and Smart TV in living room has been provided for your enjoyment - NETFLIX included.
- Enjoy cooking in the dream kitchen knowing that Safeway and Loblaws are within walking distance.
- The open den area on the 2nd level has been furnished with a desk and chair for the convenience and privacy of our working guests. In this area, you will also find a cabinet full of books and games. How about a game of scrabble and a glass of wine?.
- This home is equipped with a Smart Thermostat which includes air conditioning for the hot summer days.
- Don't stress about parking - we offer a single car garage with driveway which is great for our Alberta winters. There is also additional free parking available on street.
- Views of DT/ICE District and only 1.9kms from Roger's Place.
- During the spring - fall seasons, enjoy the night views of the Downtown lights from the third level terrace which is located just off the master suite.

We had a great stay at this property. The place was exactly as pictured – clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with all the amenities we needed. It was comfortable for our group of five adults, with plenty of space.The location is convenient – within walking distance to Rogers Place, good restaurants/breweries, and grocery stores. That said, some of the surrounding areas felt a bit questionable, especially at night, so we chose to always walk in groups or drive when needed.The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to others..

This property was exactly what we needed! The location was perfect for what we had planned and we loved that we could walk to pick up groceries. The home is so cozy and SUPER clean with adorable touches throughout. The kitchen is really well-equipped including extra small appliances in a dedicated cupboard, great assortment of cooking tools, plenty of plates & glassware and the layout worked really well for us with the big counter and bar stools. The number of thoughful extra items that our Host stocked were so helpful and we so appreciated them (ie multi-port wall charger, q-tips, a safety pin, steamer, etc). Towels & linens were fluffy & soft and there were lots of them plus bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner & liquid soap. Our Host communicated with us right from the time of our booking, made us feel welcome and is super responsive. This place definitely exceeded our expectations and we’ll definitely rebook next time we are in Edmonton!

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at property March 27-29, in town to attend an Edmonton Oilers game. Was a 30 minute walk to Rogers Centre and Ice District. Property was excellent! Close to the brewing district about 2 min walk. When driving to property noticed the Mustard Seed about 2 blocks from property but did not see any homeless people on the nearby streets. Would recommend staying at property.

Oilers game

My husband and I and another couple went for the weekend for an oilers game. We will definitely stay here again as it was a beautiful place that was clean and lots of room. The rooms were very nice a bathrooms were great. The main master bedroom was beautiful! Everything you would need on a kitchen and a close Uber ride to hockey game. We could have walked but it was very cold when we stayed. The host was amazing and great check in and check out instructions. We were very happy with our stay and will return next time we are in Edmonton.

Great property near Rogers Place and Downtown Edmonton

Really enjoyed this property. The communication leadind up to and during the stay was great. Location is good especially if you’re going to watch an Oilers game. We went to WEM on the second day and it was a 20 min drive. The property is clean and new. The only minor thing was no TV in the main bedroom which would have been nice :). Otherwise nice choice for anyone travelling to Edmonton.

Home Away From Home

This place was truly a home away from home! The host has thought of everything and it has all the creature comforts you could want. I am going to have to renovate my ensuite and add heated floors now ;) This was the best equipped VRBO I have stayed in, complete with bonus welcome treats and supplies in case you forgot something. Our host went above and beyond to ensure everything was top notch!2 friends stayed with our 2 daughters for a girl's weekend and we all had ample space (and bathrooms) to spread out. We will definitely be staying here again (hopefully when it is warmer and we can walk to the very nearby Brewery District). Thanks for an amazing stay!

This is the place!

I 100% recommend this great place, awesome location close to jasper and the arena , super clean space, lots of room, great amenities, this host is top notch and does everything she can to make your stay perfect. I would not hesitate to book this place again! You wont find a better spot, book this one while you can ! Thanks again!

Great location and beautiful townhouse

The host was super accommodating to our family and went above and beyond! There was 4 kids and 2 adults and it couldn’t have been better. Very clean, close to everything. Wonderful stay highly recommend!

Home away from home

My daughter got married in Edmonton but the rest of us don't live there. We needed a home base for wedding preparations and hotels wouldn't work for us. This location was perfect and is a beautiful property. We utilized virtually all the extra amenities offered - games, streaming, laundry, baking, office desk, appliances. When the wedding dress needed extra attention after traveling, a new steamer showed up the next day. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Everything you could want and more 😁

There was a little bit of an issuse with the check-in. Other than that minor issue the host was very quick to reply. The property is was decorated, the bed was comfy and thr space was very clean. The host made sure there was everything we needed and more. Very well thought out and would definitely stay with her again.

Moms weekend away

This place was perfect! All 3 of us had a great bedroom. So clean. Above and beyond our expectation. The attention to detail was amazing. Location was perfect for us to walk downtown to markets and street festival. Nice clean building. Felt safe. Trying to convince my sisters now to do a sisters weekend and plan to stay here again!

Quilting convention

Perfect place for a girl trip to Edmonton! We had a great stay! The host was very accessible and the townhouse has everything you would need to make your time comfortable. We had approximately 40 minute walk to the convention centre but the buses system very easy. The groceries and coffee shops just a short 5 min walk away.

gorgeous space great location

Stay was wonderful I was located downtown so I could commute to office but also close enough I could visit fsmily nearby. Centrally located and near stores, Roger’s place, and other things. I honestly did some grocery shopping for several items only to find these items were readily available and present in the home. Host was readily available to answer any questions. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Edmonton.

What can I say ! If your searching the web looking for a place to stay downtown, look no further ! Right from the start of initially reaching out to Jacqueline to book my stay, the communication was fast and efficient and she was able to answer all my questions! The pictures don’t even do this luxury home justice, it is gorgeous, well laid out and beyond clean! Met or exceeded all my expectations!
