Fantastic Condo

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and a lot more spacious than the pictures make it seem. We really enjoyed being right by the pool for easy access. 10/10 we would stay here again.

Nice stay, property matched description

We had a nice stay and the kitchen was well equipped. The only suggestions would be to change out the shower heads in the bathrooms and check the water pressure. Also, I understand the need for basic cleanliness rules but as a guest who has already paid a cleaning fee, the rules seemed a bit extensive compared to other rentals we have stayed in before. Overall though, it was a nice stay.

Tuachan getaway

Very clean. Spacious and comfortable. Stayed there to see Tuachan plays. Easy access to Tuachan. Sat out on patio, which is right by pool and enjoyed the day. Hosts were Terrific!!!

So much fun!

Great place and location. The kids loved the pools and the hosts were so easy to communicate with and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location as a great place to stay. The only suggestion is it says sleeps 8, but you’ll want to bring your own blankets if you plan to use the mats or blow up mattress. There were pillows and sheets but no blankets for the extra beds.

Nice property but contact owner about sleeping arrangements

Beautiful property. We really liked how close it was to the pool and it is ground unit. Very nicely kept inside the unit. Basic, but very well maintained. I would advise that you contact the owner prior to booking this unit to discuss how many people it truly sleeps. It only has 2 beds but they advertise that it sleeps eight. We have bigger kids that want an actual bed so they weren't too happy about sleeping on cushions on the floor.

Nice stay with a few exceptions

Pros- Spacious rooms and kitchen. Had all we needed to cook- pans, dishes, crockpot. Nice to have extra floor sleeping pads. Close to a hot tub. Local contact was quick to respond. First floor, no stairs. Clean. Cons-Master mattress was EXTREMELY soft, which was very uncomfortable. The main bath had a lock but it didn’t work. Master bedroom and bathroom didn’t have a lock at all. Overall, it was a nice stay. Since the bed was so uncomfortable and we didn’t have the privacy we needed, I will choose a different property next time.

Great time except

We had a great time every thing was good except the AC would not go lower than 73 days. That temperature is not comfortable for most most people when trying to sleep. My wife has asthma and needed a cooler temperature to sleep well. So we struggled. You should provide an option to lower the thermostat temperature and maybe pay an extra fee. Just made for some ruff nights.

Ideal base station for enjoying St. George area

The property was exactly as described. Beds were super comfortable and the owner responded right away when we had a problem like the wrong access code provided by VRBO for check in.

Great place. Perfect location, kids loved the pools.

The bed situation was unclear. We thought we had a queen bed in addition to a king in 1 of the rooms. It would have been nice to have a BBQ grill, many others condos in the resort did have grills. Overall great place.

Las Palmas at St. George

The property/complex in general was well kept and clean. The condo was clean and conveniently steps from the pool. There was another nearby larger pool area with a gym/weight room including lots of cardio equipment, ping pong tables, shuffle board lanes, etc so you will not lack activities. The condo kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. Driving to the state parks was convenient. The state parks had lots of hiking and bike trails. The condo was close to supermarkets and restaurants. My in-laws stayed in the same complex at another condo and we all agreed we’ll be coming back. I recommend staying at Las Palmas for fun and relaxation.

Just what we were looking for !

My wife and I were attending a conference in the area. The condo was very bright and clean, comfortable seating, high speed Internet and cable tv. It was well provisioned with utensil’s and glasses and coffee cups. Would definitely use this property again.

Good for kids!

They had all the equipment needed for kids which was really helpful. It was nice to be on the ground floor right next to a pool. I was worried from reading the reviews that we might be TOO close to the pool for me to feel safe with little kids. But the gate was really secure and I didn’t worry about them being outside. Communication was really easy for any questions I had.

Family vacation stay

We stayed at unit 1203 for our family vacation visit to Zion. The complex grounds seem to be well maintained. The unit was a large unit with several positive aspects (large kitchen counter, close to pool, large closets, great water pressure in showers). Unfortunately the vents in the master bedroom did not have any air coming in so sleeping in the master was uncomfortable. The master shower had mold in areas. The description mentioned a grill but we did not see one.
