Level-Up Elegance -- Stunning 2BR LoHi Loft with Mountain Views

Step into a 3rd-floor loft with premium finishes and a design that earns its name. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame mountain views and fill the space with natural Colorado light throughout the day. Two full bathrooms, spacious layout, and a quiet neighborhood that makes this one of the most repeat-booked units at Espadin.

THE SPACE:
King bed in the primary bedroom. King bed in the second bedroom. Two Twin Rollaway beds available for up to 6 guests total. Full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi. LEED Platinum certified building.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

PARKING:
Garage parking available ($25/night add-on) or free street parking. Spots can be competitive on weekend evenings; plan ahead.

Very nice property

This property was great for my wife and I and another couple. The rooms and living area were large and worked great for entertaining with its open area. Would stay here again.

For our purposes the location was great and the property was very clean and beds comfortable. The only drawback was the parking on the street. At times very limited parking.

Great condo and neighborhood. Condo was well appointed with modern decor. Area felt safe and walkable. Zuni street is an up and coming hot spot with plenty of cafes and breweries within walking distance. Downtown Denver is close but a 30 minute walk. Easy uber trip. Our host JZ vacations was very responsive and accommodating.

Denver Getaway

Fantastic location in LoHi. The 2 bedroom was a huge space and worked out great. We had issues with our door lock malfunctioning multiple times on us but sounds like they have already ordered a new lock so this doesn’t happen in the future. Overall we were very happy with the accommodations. Would recommend if you are looking to stay in the LoHi area.

Perfect location

4 of us were on a girls trip visiting family. This was the perfect location for us. 2 of us brought work with us and the large bedroom with rhe desk/workspace was great. We utilized our patio and the upstairs roof patio. The only drawback was no off street parking, but we didnt have any issues getting a spot while we were there. The single drawback was the

well-appointed, great location

Beautiful, modern property, well-stocked for cooking, dining and entertaining. Plenty of outlets for charging electronics, plenty of hangers and closet space, great tables and couches and beds, lovely balcony. Street is noisy if the windows are open, but silent inside with them closed. Very pricey, but if you are willing to pay for luxury and convenience, it's worth it. Property manager very communicative and helpful.

Denver vacation

The unit was exactly as pictured. It was perfectly stocked with everything you would need. The location was great for our day trip excursions to surrounding areas. The only drawback for us was the very loud road noise outside. The unit is on a busy street. We had to purchase ear plugs and use our sound apps to manage any sleep. Parking on the street was also an issue at times, but we managed. I would recommend staying here, but come prepared for items to help you sleep thru the street noise.
