Recent appliance upgrades including new 55" smart TV added to satisfaction. Owner communications were exceptional. Would highly recommend this property for any Litchfield by the Sea stay.

Great condo!

We love staying at Litchfield by the Sea properties, and this one was perfect for our family. Super clean, updated, and the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed, which you do not find often! Would definitely book here again!

Very Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay here. Short drive to park for beach access. Loved to stop by the pool on our way back from the beach. And spent a lot of time on the perfect screened in porch. Beds were great as well.

When the ocean calls..

Our favorite area to detour to after visiting our son and daughter-in-law before heading home. The condo was very nice and in a great location! Close to Huntington Beach State Park and the MarshWalk in Murrells.

Weekend getaway

Very clean one bedroom one bath condo. Condo was well stocked with all the basic needs. Property has access to the Litchfield by the Sea beach access. Screened porch overlooks a small pond. We visited for a 3 night getaway to enjoy all the local restaurants. Very short drive to all the great restaurants in Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to be back soon.

Just Right!

Summer 2023

The place was very nice. Just as it was described. It was just me and my husband and we had a great time. We rented bikes and rode the trails. Walked to the pool and biked to the beach. We had a great week.

Perfect vacation!

Appreciate the cleanliness of condo and resort area. As always, this resort doesn’t disappoint and this condo met all our needs! The well stocked kitchen was a huge help as well as the washer and dryer in house. Bring your own beach towels as we only found 1, but not a problem bc we were prepared. Thank you for having us! Bike riding and beach time is our family favorite. Loved the enclosed balcony!

New Year Holiday

Well decorated, lots of space and clean. Owner provided selection of Keurig cups. Nice touch. Seven of us for dinner New Years day. The dining table was perfect. Convenient, spacious indoor parking. Lot's of restaurants close by. Brookgreen Gardens Xmas light show a must see. It's a quiet area, and mid-way between Pauley's and Murrells Inlet. Nice location.

So relaxing, clean, great condo!

This was our first time trying VRBO, so I was a little nervous about it. Communication with the owner was good, and all additional information we needed was provided after booking. The condo itself was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and clean. Beds were comfy and I loved the giant soaker tub. There were lots of thoughtful extra touches throughout the rental, little details we appreciated (placemats, games, books, cozy afghans), and more kitchen supplies than I normally expect to find. The beach was private and lovely. We'd definitely book again Thanks for a great Anniversay weekend!

Very quiet location in Litchfield. The condo was clean, plenty of towels and everything worked properly. The bed mattresses are firm. I prefer soft due to back issues but they were not terrible. Very close to main pool with kids area. Not too far of a drive to the beaches. Having a covered designated parking spot was wonderful. All information needed was provided promptly. Would definetly stay again.

Nice area. Close to the beach. We had a great stay. Unlocking the door was a bit of a pain also trying to retrieve the parking pass.
