Nice place that has great cafes and amenities near by. Also a good location to get around Canberra. Not a fan of the showers water pressure and the wifi on the TV didn't really work. But overall it was a good stay.

Quiet clean location

Had a wonderful restorative night at unit between family events and returning home interstate. Immaculate, quiet, walking distance to great cafes & the lake. We’ll definitely come again next time we’re in Canberra!

Great location

It was such a lovely stay at the Kingston Apartment. We were so close to everything, it was very convenient.The only down side was the emails we received kept taking us to an app in order to see our booking. I gave up in the end and just messaged through the email. The 2 contact phone numbers don't actually take textsnothing was said when I explained this.

Basic but great

Property was exactly as advertised. Pretty basic kitchen fit out (and only a portable stove top) but that was fine for us as we spent most of our time away from the apartment. Hosts were difficult to contact, either needed to sign up to an app (no thanks) or ring them direct. I had no response to my text message but ultimately this wasn’t an issue. We would stay here again and have recommended it to friends.

Great Location

The apartment was in a great location,lots of restaurants within walking distance. We did not receive any communication in regards to how to access the property so had to call when we were almost in Canberra, the information was then sent through straight away. Disappointed with the way the beds were made, it looked like someone had just slept in them and there were long black hairs on the sheets in the main bed and one of the single beds. A bit more attention to detail is needed here. Overall a nice spot, very quiet and comfortable. Good for an overnight stay.

In need of repairs. We had 2 people with disabilities and hand rail to upstairs broken. Made hard to manouver. Very small garage not suitable to large 4x4.

Comfortable

Few minor things need attention. Entry to property is a bit messy with garden rubbish. As it is first impression the guest gets, it’s advisable to clear it up. Next, door between garage and interior of the unit, does not open or close from garage side. Also hot water system is a bit wonky, produces short periods of hot water followed by burst of freezing water.

The bed was comfortable. Bathroom basin was clogged n took 20 mins to drain. Towels were very very old n scratchy. Numerous powerpoints did not work or loose n dangerous. Bar fridge door wd not close so food was not cold n had to put bin against it to keep closed. Only one window to view some trees n an office building. Other windows were frosted n opened only partially to see unit outdoor area below. Claustrophobic with no balcony or view. Needs a lot of maintenance n buy a few $20 good towels. Neighbour for vacant block was intimidating when my grandaughter was being dropped off.
