This spacious, fully-furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bath luxury villa is nestled in the serene residential area of Braden Crossings in Bradenton, FL Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. Relax by the tranquil heated saltwater pool, set against a backdrop of a beautifully landscaped garden and a lanai equipped with a ceiling fan, table, chairs, umbrellas, and sun loungers. Unwind in the remote-controlled Jacuzzi, accommodating up to six guests. The removable safety fence around the pool ensures children's safety, while the 6 ft. privacy fence surrounding the garden provides a secluded, peaceful hideaway.

Step into this stunning villa and be greeted by elegant bamboo flooring in the open family room, furnished with leather sofas and a swivel chair. Enjoy your favorite movies on the large 42” HD TV with DVD, Blu-ray, cable, and free on-demand movies. The home includes high-speed internet (200 Mbps), supporting all your devices—whether on a laptop, smartphone, tablet, gaming console, or smart TV, everyone can stay connected.

Well this case was showing pool but the pool was not work. I call Meg and iowner several time no response. I don’t think I will purchase from this company again. We have any and spider on this property

House was dirty as can be. Pool was also dirty. Ants were terrible. The kitchen needs a restock of pots and pans and silverware. There was absolutely nothing to get you started. The neighbors parked in front of our driveway multiple times. A/c messed up and we had to have someone come repair it meanwhile the garage floor was covered in water. Spa only worked half the time. The bed sheets had blood on them. It was not the best rental. It is close to most stores but it definitely needs some upgrading. As much as I paid they could buy some pots and pans that are worth using and more than 6 forks.

There was cigarette stub a used elastoplast broken glass in pool area the area beside pool was stinking ice cream tub in freezer disgusting for to be charged a cleaning fee and management fee what a joke I hope not to be using Vrbo again we had to move to other villa and was told by host they do not refund Vrbo costs absolute joke

We really enjoyed this property. The management company was super responsive. There was plenty of room and we had everything we needed right there. Great location from the airport, beaches and plenty of shopping. I would have liked the pool to be heated when i wanted and not preset hours. I wanted to enjoy the spa at 8am each morning and the heat wasnt available until "late morning". There were a few issues with the spa and pool heat not working but the pool was great otherwise

The neighborhood was very nice and safe , about 25 minutes from Lido Beach , we had few communication problems with the guest services but overall he came through after a few days , But my biggest issue was bugs , 1st day we got there I opened the bathroom drawer and a huge Roach fell out and ran under the sink , that honestly put a huge damper on our vacation, I know it’s Florida but it was very disappointing, I called guest services I was told to send a picture but that’s kinda hard when the thing scurried off , so I went to buy raid and sprayed for the whole time we were there , to make long story short when saw several dead HUGE cockroaches and multiple baby ones turn up dead in the master bathroom, I’m not trying to be mean I have kids and I’m just trying to warn other families and YES we sent pictures of the dead ones ! But other than that the property was nice and spacious and great location another thing we never got the “starter pack of essentials. There was just a few things that should not have been ignored that were. We always go through VRBO and never had a disappointing trip then this one.

Summer Vacay

This place was just as listed. I couldnt recomend this place enough. It was all we expected and more. My grand kids loved the pool. Pool was bigger then expected. And was so excited. I will book this place again and again. Very homey.

Not an accurate listing regarding amenities

I'll start with the negative...took my shoes off at the door when I got there. 20 minutes later before getting into bed I had to wash my feet as the floor was filthy. Next day before I could let the others know, my partner had white socks on that ended up disgustingly dirty. We all walked around with shoes on from that point....from the minute we got out of bed. Next was the fact the listing said there was a gym (or fitness room, I can't remember). My daughter is prepping for a body building show and the fact we thought there was a gym is what brought us to this property. Only to find out there was not one. Lastly, the pool guy came the morning after we arrived and "turned" on the pool. Nice for swimming initially, but that evening we went to go in the pool. The water was 98 degrees. Way too hot to swim (we were there May 16-18). The listing says in the winter you need to pay to have the pool heated. Does that mean in spring/summer you need to pay to have it cool? So disappointed we couldn't swim. Management company was not as readily available as the info in the house statedThe positive is the place was roomy and in a nice neighborhood, close enough for the wedding we were attending. They had toiletries for us and fully equipped kitchen. Really nice place if I wasn't so grossed out by the floor. Made me question if anything else wasn't cleaned (and we just didn't know)

Green Pool/Don't believe the pictures

The pictures are not a true reflection of the home condition. During my stay I encounter that walls throughout the home had scuff marks, chips out of the paint, the flooring had gaps of 1/4" or more between the pieces of laminate, every threshold had blue painter's tape on it to hold down the threshold, a cabinet door was hanging on one hinge and the coffee maker contained old coffee grounds which had mole on it. However, the biggest issue was the pool. On the first day, the pool was green. I immediately contained Gulf Coast Rental as I was instructed in the check in instructions. After two visits over 4 days from the pool guy it was cleaner but the amount of chemicals that were added to the pool was overpowering. They stated it was "100% safe to get in". But there was still remnants of green on the walls of the pool and the corners. I did get a broom and scrubbed the green and it was coming off. With have children on my vacation there was no way I would allow my kids to play in that. During my entire stay I did have to follow up several times to ensure this was being addressed. With 2 days left of my Florida vacation, we left the home and found other accommodations. If you don’t care about having a pool you can use, then some of the other pieces might be acceptable.

Pool issues

To start off this is advertised as two king beds. It is not. It is one king bed and one queen bed. Second We requested the hot tub to be heated before we arrived and paid extra and it was not turned on. We had issues the entire week with the hot tub and the pool. The pool pump was not running and turned green instantly so we could not use it even though we paid extra to have it heated. We were unable to get in the pool even once due to the conditions. We were told maintenance would be by but never told when and on the last weekend We came back and it smelled like bleach or chlorine and the pool moss was vacuumed out however I have no idea if it was safe to swim. Every time maintenance would come by, the hot tub was also turned off, We spoke on the phone as well as via text to the management company and they were not consistent with what was wrong. They had my husband trying to fix things which we shouldn't have been doing because we were on vacation trying to relax not fix the property. We booked this home specifically, so we had a pool and hot tub to enjoy but we were unable to use it the entire time. We were given two rolls of toilet paper, no laundry soap to wash the towels & no hand soap. It could be a nice house but I do not recommend until they fix the issues. For the price we paid we should have gone somewhere else. The property management company made a note to talk to me about compensation for our lack of use of the pool and hot tub but they never followed through.

The house was clean but the pool and hot tub heater did not work. Every morning at 6:15am the hot tub would make a lot of noise and turn on with no heat and run for 12 hours. Did not get what I paid for. If you are thinking about renting this home get a guarantee that pool and hot tub works.

Nice Family Hone with a few issues.

Location is good with plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Wally World 4minutes away for groceries. What made the home stick out was hot tub with the pool. Hot tub was broken with a faulty heat pump. we later found out the mngt co was notified in December about it but never fixed it. More importantly , the site does not inform the buyer of this. If the mngt company takes care of it for us I will update. Killed 5 cockroaches but it is Florida and by no means is the home unclean. Likely needs an exterminator treatment is all. Ample cooking supplies and linens. Remotes had a few issues but one worked for 2 of the 3 tv’s. Overall good deal for a traveling family but hot tub issue without disclosure is troublesome.

Summer Family Weekend

This house fit in our price range for they area we were searching and more than met our expectations. The home was larger than expected. We enjoyed the 2 living rooms, kitchen and dining space and bedrooms. The king size beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a rental. So much so that I may purchase this brand for home! The pool area was well maintained and a nice place to hang out with family. Everyone enjoyed swimming each day. We played games at the table while it rained and it was very relaxing.

Awesome place

For 8 people this place was great place to stay We didnt need it but the pictures show a computer and there wasn’t one. 15 minutes to Anna Maria island and Siesta Keys. Everything you needed within 5 minutes I would stay there again without any hesitation

Family Getaway

The property is a great family rental or perfect location for relatives to come visit during your stay. The house is very roomy with its open space and welcoming rooms. All sorts of shopping is close and convenient. We would definitely consider this property again for a Gulf Coast vacation. PS love the pool!

Great Family Stay

The house is perfect for a large family or for family to come and visit while staying here. The property is very roomy and convenient to all sorts of shopping, all set in a quiet neighborhood. Kids will love the pool.
