This second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium has vibrant, unique decor. Chateau Dumont is located in downtown Aspen, only one block from the Silver Queen Gondola. This condo boasts mountain views, a wood-burning fireplace, and a kitchen with breakfast bar. Additional amenities include a laundry closet as well as flat screen TVs in the living area and both bedrooms.

Other: There is also Double sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guests of Chateau Dumont receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, on-site free parking* or street permit parking, free Wi-Fi, housekeeping, concierge services, and 24/7 maintenance support. This complex does not have an elevator, and firewood is not provided. Guests will need to purchase firewood from City Market.

All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)

Great location, can walk everywhere

Great location. Not a fancy property but has everything we needed. Easy to get pickup and drop off to the airport. Property management company is available for anything you need and were helpful with questions we had. Decor is a little dated but we really weren’t there for that. If it is for you, this is not the place. Neighbors have dogs and you can hear them barking during the day and evening. Everything quiet at night.Comfortable beds, great location and very clean!
