This spacious top-floor, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condominium was recently refreshed with new paint, carpet, and window treatments. The Timber Ridge complex also underwent a complete exterior renovation, enhancing the appearance of this extremely convenient rental property. With approximately 750 square feet of living space, this condominium comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher as well as a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Other unit amenities include a deck off the bedroom with views of downtown, Red Mountain, and Smuggler Mountain. Aspen Mountain is visible from the front deck/entry area.

Other: There is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Complex amenities at Timber Ridge include on-site free parking and free Wi-Fi. This complex has no elevator. Guests receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, concierge services, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)
