The Fasching Haus has a great location, just two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. This first-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features cozy decor with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The open living area is centered around a wood-burning fireplace, and there is a dining area that accommodates six people. Guests love the private balcony, air conditioning, and several other high-end finishes, including granite countertops.

This unit sleeps: 4 guests

Primary bedroom: King bed
Second bedroom: Two Twin beds

Common amenities at the Fasching Haus include free Wi-Fi, an on-site heated pool and hot tub, a community area with a grill, free parking, an on-site front desk, an on-site workout facility, and an on-site laundry room. This complex has no elevator.

Guests of Fasching Haus 180 receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)

The mini splits in the rooms were life savers, as summer temps were lingering during our Fall stay. The TVs are outdated and small, but work just fine. The property was quiet and beautiful, and was within walking distance of most of the restaurants/bars, and grocery store. Parking in the city of Aspen isn't fun...suggest walking anywhere you can.
