Riverview Unit 8 | All the Essentials Riverside Condo with Access to Pool & Hot Tub

This second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom economy-rated condominium features two decks, one overlooking the Roaring Fork River. Riverview Condos are six blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. Condo amenities include a wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV in the main living area, a barbecue grill on the river deck, and a washer/dryer.

Primary bedroom: Queen bed
Second bedroom: Two Twin beds, convertible into King

Complex amenities at the Riverview Condominiums include a heated pool, hot tub*, and on-site free parking. Guests receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, free Wi-Fi, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)

*The hot tub will be closed from March 31st - May1st, 2025 for repairs.
