This first-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom standard condominium offers a great location about five blocks from Lift 1A and even closer to downtown Aspen. Walk everywhere, and return to your vacation rental to enjoy the wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TV, and updated kitchen. This condo features an open living area with a wood-burning fireplace and comfortable furniture. The formal dining area seats four, and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Guests enjoy the patio with views of Aspen Mountain.

Other: There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Cottonwoods common amenities include complimentary on-site parking, free Wi-Fi, and a laundry room. Please note, that this condominium is not stocked with firewood; it can be purchased at City Market in downtown Aspen.
