Details:
La Hacienda is located a 1/2 block to Pine Ave and a quick walk to the sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria. Our canal front home features a lush backyard on a canal with a private dock for kayak and paddleboard launching.

The main living level includes the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Each of the four bedroom is located on this level. Two of the bedrooms feature king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The third guest room includes a king bed and the final guest room features a twin over king bunk bed. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The sparkling pool highlights the tropically landscaped backyard; and is complete with pool loungers and gas grill. The covered poolside lounge area features sunbeds and a patio dining table for six. Additional fun and games include a 5 hole putt putt golf course, ping pong and pool tables, arcade game, and air hockey

Relax in the Adirondack chairs on the dock overlooking the canal and watch for sea birds. You may also launch kayaks or paddleboards from the dock. Please keep in mind that there is not access to the bay or gulf from the canal.

La Hacienda is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants and to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Great home for Spring Break.

We enjoyed our time and felt like we were at a Resort. The children loved the heated pool! Everything was walking distance and the beach was incredible!

Wonderful stay

Beautiful, spacious home in a perfect location!! Short walk to many shops, cafes and the beach. Our kids enjoyed the pool, pool table, foosball and ping pong tables. The host was very responsive and checked in to be sure we were enjoying our stay. We would love to stay again.

Darling house - Great Family House

The house was impeccably clean and just darling. We loved the location, it was within walking distance of shops and restaurants and the farmers market. The boys had a blast wi th the putting greens and the girls relaxed by the pool.

Loved the location and the island

Location was great! House was nice. Only downfall is no AC in the lower level and front steps were steep. Ping pong and fuse ball were hits!

Great House

The location was perfect as you could walk everywhere! The house accommodations were great! Backyard was quite a private oasis and the inside had entertainment covered when we had a rainy day. I’d highly recommend!

Family trip

The house and its location was perfect for us! Walking to the pier for sunrise was a plus, we used the putting greens much more than I thought we would. The pool was awesome. Very relaxing trip minus the mandatory pool alarms on all doors. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Beach Week!

We loved La Hacienda. The location is fantastic, so close to everything. Minutes to the beach, great local restaurants. The house is laid out really well. We enjoyed the pool and putting greens, and evenings playing pool, and ping pong. The kitchen has everything you need. We will definitely be back.

Just as advertised, super clean, tons of space, very comfortable. We have two teenage sons, they really enjoyed the pool, fishing off the dock and playing mini golf around the property. Very close to shopping, beach and restaurants. We definitely will be back and make La Hacienda part of our regular vacation spots!

Loved the house!

The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean and spacious. We loved the heated pool, putting greens, and the games on the first floor. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated having the pool floats and beach chairs. The location was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great Stay

This home and location is fantastic. The red tide didn’t allow us to spend much time on the beach, so we spent a lot of time in the back yard of this house. It’s beautiful and the pool and five hole putting course were great. The safety alarms on the doors out to the pool seem unnecessarily high, but that was a minor inconvenience. I would stay here again.

The FUN House

We rented this house for spring break with my daughter who is graduating high school this year. We chose this house based on all the fun amenities, pool, pool table, ping-pong, etc. The mini golf course was a big hit of course and just something you do not see in a vacation rental like this :) We spent time fishing from the pier, although with no success, there were a lot of fish though. The house was also perfectly fresh and clean, we had all the kitchen utensils we could need, and the space in the house was just perfect. I would highly recommend this house to anyone with young kids, but maybe not too young with the pier out back, who is looking to have a great time around the house. Oh and sunsets in the nearby North beach are not to be missed !

We absolutely loved this property. The location was unbeatable. We were walking distance from the beach, the bay, restaurants, boutiques and ice cream stores. It was clean with all needed daily supplies. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked very well for such warm days. But the thing we loved most was how much fun this property had available. We were on the canal and kids enjoyed the dock and adults enjoyed the view and breeze. We all enjoyed the pool, the putting greens, pool table and ping pong table. We would love to visit again!

Annual Summer Trip

Everything it was said to be!! Beautiful home in the perfect location on AMI! Not Beachfront, but doesn’t need to be with all its amenities. Only feedback I would give….. We paid for a week in a luxury home. AMI should think about supplying more than one paper towel and toilet paper in each bathroom when Staying for seven days. Not a big deal, but it would go along way to spend an extra hundred bucks to have supplies on hand. Overall, Florida trip we have taken and will come back next year!

A Good Stay but a few minor problems

The house was overall nice. It met our needs very well as far as space. There were a few minor issues. The pool has a strange layout. It is the deepest in the very middle and no steps down into it. The game room was nice but was not air conditioned. A window unit would go a long way. There were pool alarms on all doors and windows, which I understand is a necessity. However, our youngest was 16 and we could not open the sliding glass doors for a breeze when the power went out due to tropical storm Debby. The batteries were dead in the smoke detectors and they kept beeping which was annoying. The reviews on the house did not tell us the washer and dryer was located on the deck outside. Needless to say, it took us a while to locate it. But, other than that, the house was very clean and spacious. The games were a plus during no power and the pool towels that were provided were a plus as well.

This is the second time we rented this property. Overall, we had a wonderful time and vacation at this property again. It has a very nice outdoor space, with pool, and is landscaped nicely. I do not want to get picky, but with a luxury rental the following could be improved by the owners with a small investment. The interior and condition of the furniture is starting to show its age. Ice maker did not work, bedding was worn and missing in some of the bedrooms, the pillows were very cheap and uncomfortable. Although the rental came with beach chairs and beach umbrellas, most of the chairs and umbrellas were not functional or were broken. The gas grille burner ignitor did not function as we had to light the grille with matches each use not very safe). The TV in the Master Bedroom was small and not a smart TV and the cable did not work, it was also installed in an old fashion hutch. A new smart TV in the primary bedroom would be appropriate for this high level of rental. Although some of these items were a nuisance, as mentioned the property location and outdoor space are exceptional. We really love AMI and this property, hopefully our review provides some constructive insights for the ownership.

Great home that provided lots of space for fun and relaxation

We rented this home for a week with 4 adults (wife & I + grandparents) and our 2 kids (age 3 and 5). We thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Positives: the home was as described and seemed even larger than what we were expecting. Layout allows for privacy when needed and also lots of communal spaces. Kitchen was large and had all essential cooking utensils, cutlery, and tableware. The deck, pool and outdoor area are fantastic for hanging out morning, daytime, or evening and having the dock and waterway in the back provided lots of fun for our kids as we tried to catch little fish with a net or look for sea life and birds. (FYI: we bought a little net which we left on-site - I hope whoever comes next will enjoy that too!) We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding in the waterways in the island. Directly across the street from the house is Lazy Turtle Beach Rentals, where the owner, Joe, was really enjoyable and friendly, and got us set up with all gear. The Donut Experiment, just a couple minute walk away, was fun for the kids and we went everyday once we found it! An idea: as no spices/condiments are provided (which we knew and understand), it might be nice to provide a starter-pack of small portions of some essentials like salt, pepper, ketchup, butter, etc. As otherwise I imagine everybody who stays for a week buys new and ends up wasting or having to cart home whatever is left over. Just an idea to make this home an even more top-notch stay for everybody!

All you need is LA HACIENDA

We had an AMAZING stay at the Hacienda during spring break 2019. I have to admit that the house was more beautiful than we expected and what the online pictures portrayed. We had everything we needed to make it relaxing and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped in pots, pans, plates, cups etc. and even a muddler for crushing mint for our favorite mojitos. :) The bedroom units were conveniently located in a separate parts of the house so everyone had privacy when needed. The beds were very comfortable with large closets and and a small walk-in closet in the master. We had enough towels and linens to last us entire week. With small children, we ran a laundry a few times that week - the laundry machine and dryer located on the back patio, outside of master bedroom. The patio was facing the pool & had a comfortable patio set (RH) for relaxing when you wanted to hide from sun or for drinking your morning coffee or working. There was a small office also if you needed privacy or to to suffer thru conference calls (with wine in hand) :) Bravo on the house decor!!! It was classy and modern and it felt fresh - loved the leather sofas in the living room!!! The heated pool and backyard were gorgeous!! We loved the landscaping and the thoughtfulness behind the multiple hammocks and lounging chairs. The adirondack chairs on the dock were perfect for sipping wine in the afternoon and enjoying the sunset. We are definitely coming back!
