Shannon, thank you so much for the five stars! Hosting you was a pleasure, and we look forward to seeing you again!

Thank you for the feedback, John. We wish we could have made your stay more comfortable. Unfortunately, you declined our offer to have a cleaner come out and we didn't have a chance to reclean the unit. Following your departure, we performed a deep clean, had the floors professionally cleaned, replaced the couch and loveseat, purchased additional furniture, and we've got other updates planned as well. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future.

Thank you for the valuable feedback, Joe. We're sorry your check-in information initially wasn't sent. We switched to a new system, and there was a temporary glitch. It has since been corrected. We wish we could have made your stay more comfortable. Next time, if you have any housekeeping requests, call us during your trip and we will send a cleaner out right away. We're here for you 24/7 to help you have the best stay possible.

It's been a long time and a lot has changed! You will be pleased to know all of the items you mentioned were remedied and this home is in perfect condition :)

Hello :) Thank you for the wonderful 4 star review! Cheers!

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you found the condo nice, but we apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered. We take cleanliness seriously and will be addressing this with our cleaning team to ensure the floors and the entire condo are thoroughly cleaned for future guests. It's important to us that our guests have a comfortable and clean environment during their stay. We're also sorry to hear about the refrigerator issues. We will have our maintenance team inspect and repair the ice maker and water dispenser to ensure they are in working order for the next guests. We're disappointed to hear that you didn't receive a response from our team in a timely manner. We'll review our communication process to ensure this doesn't happen in the future, and we encourage guests to reach out to us immediately if they encounter any issues so we can address them promptly. We appreciate your input as it helps us improve our services. We hope you consider staying with us again in the future, and we'll make sure your next visit is much more pleasant. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you choose to return.

Hello :) Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are so glad you had a great time at the beach! Cheers!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear your family enjoyed the layout of the condo and its great location. We appreciate you sharing your experience regarding the resort access procedures and elevators. The entry codes, elevator operations, and parking garage are managed by the resort, and we understand they can be less convenient, especially during busy periods. Parking fees and registration details are included in the listing, and we're sorry if that information was easy to overlook. We also apologize that the condition of the floors did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team so they can review and address the issue. Next time, please don't hesitate to contact us during your stay if there are any concerns and we will be sure to address them promptly. Thank you for choosing Panhandle Getaways. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience in the future.

We're so glad you had a wonderful vacation, and we would love to host you again. Thank you, Larkin!

Hi Dawn, We are thrilled your overall experience was positive. We are in deep clean season now that it has slowed down, and we take that time to do inventory of broken and missing items. The beds are an owner preference, but will give the owner your feedback. We hope to have you back for a second chance.
