***Important Notes and House Rules

-Must be 25 years old to book
-Rental Agreement and Copy of Drivers License required after booking
-*Pets CONSIDERED. We are pet/dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider 1 SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dogs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee.


We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Gas grill turned off and cleaned if you used it.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to the bear proof bins.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started-we have provided dishwasher pods.
-Food removed from refrigerator and freezer and disposed of.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items for example cell phones and chargers, etc.
-Lock all windows and doors upon departure.
