We are repeat guests at Gulf and Bay! We come back because the condos are always clean and comfortable, private beach access and nice large pool conveniently right outside the condo. The views of the bay from inside the condo are amazing including the sunrise every morning. The condo itself is very roomy and comfortable. We love the upstairs bedroom with the King bed, private porch and extra large bathroom area.

Wonderful!

Great stay. Perfect for our family. Location couldn’t have been better as we had another place close by. Best part … the amazing views overlooking the intercontinental with screens and breezes. Just magnificent!

Spring Break 2024

The condo complex was a great location and close to everything. The condo itself had the best location in the complex right on the water in the bayside. Highly recommend.

Good

1. Biggest concern and improvement opportunity is how Gulf and Bay Club (G& BC) treats Bayside guests. Not allowed to drop guests who are incapable of walking long distances (due to injury or handicap) off at the beach and return the car to Bayside. Their sign about keeping to the left or “Bayside guests will lose privileges” is insulting. 2. We experienced pests (termites?) in the master bathroom and we had to vacuum it up ourselves. It took 2+ days for maintenance or a pest control company to make it out to spray.

Gulf and Bay Bayside 1389

Overall, this is a great place! Location and views were perfect. There were 2 things that need to be looked at- the sliding glass doors don't close properly leaving an open gap and when the temperature dips down, it gets chilly in there! The other is the AC/Heat vents and bathroom vent could use a good cleaning. Other than those 2 things, this is the perfect place! Well stocked with everything you need! We truly loved our time there. Communication was great! We will definitely be back!

Okay

Very disappointing. Door frames windows sliding door jams deckcing all filthy. As you look out at the view you cant help but be distracted with the dirt. we arrived a lamp was tipped over the refrigator water did not work and a used condem was found on the floor. We reported this immediately and clearners came back to clean i will not be back
