Great location just steps away to the beach. Very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Property has pool, bar downstairs, small snack shop and grill downstairs.

Family stay with small child

The property was great! We traveled with our 3 year old and she was safe and happy during the entire trip. This property was very clean and has a great location. A quiet place with a lot of families. I would have liked to see a few more staple kitchen supplies in our unit that a renter wouldn’t necessarily want to buy for just a week rental. The owner allowed us access to beach items as well which was great. I would recommend this property to others!

Relaxation and rejuvenation

We were extremely impressed with this unit, from the easy access to the beach, and full amenities, to the beautiful beach decor inside the suite. We only had a few days to relax and unwind, but thanks to the close distance to John's Pass, the available beach toys and chairs, and the easy walk to the beach, we had everything we could have asked for in our short time. The only improvement I can think of would be better mattresses on the beds.Thanks for helping us to have a wonderful family vacation!

Great Unit

This was a great condo, exactly as described. Clean, great location, smooth booking/checking in/checking out process, and fast responses by property manager. My only suggestion would be to buy a couple more decent beach chairs for the unit (there was only 1 good one, the others were rusty and old).

Great Location!

Great place

Sunset Vistas was a great place to stay. It was on the beach, had beautiful views. The hot tub was very nice, we do wish the heater in the pool was working.

Nice location to enjoy a few days with our youngest son before dropping him off for his first semester at UTampa. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and the lack water pressure in the unit made showering a challenge, but the unit was clean and comfortable for a few days of relaxation.

Wonderful! As pictured! RIGHT ON BEACH

Condo was as pictured. We loved the 2 patio doors the unit has. Wonderful sunsets right from them! Spacious rooms. Closet of beach essentials. Host was extremely fast at answering my questions. On-site staff super nice. We stayed right after hurricane Milton as I was not able to rebook our flights. Even with this property dealing with the aftermath of that, this place still was awesome and all staff we encountered was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place! I would also love to come back!

Beautiful & Clean Condo! Great Location!

This condo was beautiful with an amazing view. I loved the cafe and pool-side bar. It’s in a convenient location and we were able to walk to John’s Pass and other restaurants. The owner was friendly and kept up communication. The only issue we had was that they had to install a new AC unit which meant we weren’t able to check in until 3 hours after our check-in time and it took another hour or two for the condo to cool off. In my opinion, we should’ve been offered a partial refund because we missed out on the beach completely that day and we waited outside at the bar in the heat for hours. The exact thing happened to a friend of ours and the condo owner gave them a large gift card to a local restaurant for their inconvenience. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and loved the condo.

Relaxation at it’s BEST!

Loved the condo decor and coziness! The owner was responsive and wonderful, as well as property mgmt. (won’t share names) The condo was amazing! Loved the decor and beds. I think they are fixing the sink spout. The little bar and restaurant onsite were fantastic. Cheers to the tan, spunky bartender…she was the bomb! Albeit it back a bit from the ocean, we had an amazing view. We could see the pool, but did not need to deal with the noise. Very close to the elevators and our parking spot, which was a plus! The door locking instructions at the complex could be better, as we struggled and had to tell others when they could not get in or out of their units. Such a great getaway!Note: There are no grills on the property despite mixed messages.

Sunset Vistas

Was a perfect week. Condo was clean, everything in working order, comfortable. loved the view of the ocean, and pool. Cafe on property was great! Loved the tiny Tiki Bar...Friendly helpful staff. Not a super walkable area, but John's Pass was very close, many little bars and grills with live music. LOVED how quiet is was being off season. No lines, always had a pool chair. Thank you so much for a worry-free week!!

Great location. Walkable both directions. On-site Tiki bar is terrific. Food at resort cafe awesome. Wedding on the beach ease? Amazing. Bedroom was a comfy. Decs so cute. What a treasure was this Treasure Island rental.

Great Condo

The condo was really clean. All instructions and prior questions answered and given within plenty of time before arrival. The location is great, within walking diastance to shops and restaurants. We loved that there were beach towels and small beach chairs we could use during our stay. Would love to stay here again a d for longer next time!

Fantastic getaway

Absolutely loved Sunset vista! Location was perfect. We didn’t have a car and it didn’t matter. Walking distance to everywhere or used a ride service. Unit 603N clean, with everything needed.

A wonderful property

Sunset Vistas is a fantastic place to stay! It's right on the beach and the view is wonderful, especially at sunset. The suites are well-equipped. The pool is great! John's Pass is within walking distance, if you're so inclined, but of course you can drive there. Shops and restaurants are close. This is not the first time we've stayed here, and definitely will not be the last.
