Great location for the price on a holiday weekend!Perfect place for our group.We used the outdoor shower a million times for sandy feet and legs!

The location was excellent and the layout worked really well for our group — plenty of room to spread out without feeling disconnected. Two things worth flagging for the owner: the water pressure was weak, and there were no chopping boards in the kitchen, which made cooking harder than it needed to be. The BBQ was serviceable but nothing special. None of it spoiled the stay, and we’d happily come back if the kitchen were topped up.

Thanksgiving getaway

We booked for Thanksgiving and Floatilla. House had all the essentials to make family meals. We could watch the fireworks from the end of the street. It was a great space for our family!

My friends and I do a group trip every year and are likely to use Wrightsville Beach as the destination going forward. If we do, we will be sure to never rent from Sea Scape properties again. Nothing was wrong with the house, it was the shameless upsell and attempts to overcharge for an early check-in and late checkout. The property manager notified me that we could check in-early and provided several time options for an early check in... for example an hour early I could pay 40.47 extra or check in at 10 am for 404.... which if I chose the 10 am option I would have paid double the daily rate. Consider there is very little incremental cost on the rental company should I had checked in an hour or 4 hours early... but that somehow warrants a steep and petty upsell charge. All the while, they sent me a message during the stay asking that it would be helpful if we checked out early. How off putting do you all want to come across to your guests? Two weeks ago, I was at another beach rental checking out on Sunday and I asked for a later check out time for 1 pm (the original time was 10 am). The property manager shared that would be fine and didn't charge me. Given their kindness and flexibility, I am considering renting through that company again. But because of the shameless attempt at an upcharge and disingenuity - no chance I rent through Sea Scape properties again. It would benefit this company if they had a little ounce of empathy.

Great place to stay — walkable to everywhere you would want to be. The home itself is open and airy. Plus it came stocked with lots of amenities you wouldn’t necessarily expect (dishwasher and laundry detergent, beach towels, olive oil!!!, shampoo, lotions — paper products, trash bags) — just made our vacation so much easier. I would definitely return!!

Lovely property in perfect location

We had a fantastic time communicating with the host, and checking into the property was a breeze. They even surprised us with a few gifts, which was a lovely gesture. The property is just a couple of minutes away from the beach, and it’s also conveniently located a short distance from the bustling Wrightsville center. Overall, it was a comfortable and clean place to stay, with all the essentials we needed for a relaxing beach vacation.

Enjoyed our visit

Loved the location. Short walk to the beach and close to several good restaurants. Space was as described. We had supplies needed to cook in. Property owners were responsive & kind. Beds were comfy (added a couple blankets to the full bed under the bunk). Not much space for the pups in the premises but we just walked down the street. Overall, it was a good stay!!

Wrightsville townhome

Perfect for our family of 6-9 people. Good location near the pier and right on the loop. Rental company was responsive by text with a WiFi question. Two of the bedrooms are connected by jack and Jill bath. Downstairs bedroom and upstairs bedroom have their own bath. Not much space for dog to relive themselves (would need to be on leash) but not impossible. Kitchen adequately stocked. Good job homeowners!

We arrived on Friday afternoon to a house that was filthy - dog hair on the floors and all the surfaces, dog smudges on the windows. When I contacted the rental agency, they said someone could come out the next day to clean it. We ended up cleaning the house ourselves so we could tolerate it that evening. We rent in Wrightsville Beach often and are used to well cleaned homes. The beach items in storage were both dirty and worn. There was no waste basket in the primary bedroom or bathroom. There were stains on the bed comforter in the primary bedroom. The mats at the front door were worn and covered in dog hair. This home could be better cleaned and cared for. Unfortunate.
