Cosy ski in/out chalet 200m from Flégère skilift

Stunning chalet apartment in Les Praz with views to Mont Blanc. Living, dining and kitchen are on the ground floor. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 3 bathrooms and a sauna. The 2nd floor attic has 2 single beds and is suitable for children but not adults due to its low sloping ceiling. Flégère skilift is only 200m from the chalet, Chamonix Centre a 5 minute bus ride, and Argentière and Le Tour are 10 minutes by bus. Chamonix is a pretty 30 minute walk along the river.

Les Praz is a pretty village ideally situated in the Chamonix valley only a five minute bus/train ride to the centre of Chamonix or a 30 minute walk along the river Arve. The village has three good restaurants and a lively Après Ski bar. For basic provisions there is a grocery/bakery in the centre of the village. Les Praz, at the base of the Flégère ski lift, is a perfect location in winter for alpine skiing and cross country skiing is available close by in Les Bois. In summer the beautiful golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones senior, is only a five minute walk from the chalet.

Car parking is provided. A regular bus service, only 100m from the chalet, takes you to Chamonix centre in 5-10 minutes. For skiers regular buses go up to Argentière and Le Tour in 10-15 minutes and to Les Houches in 30 minutes. You can also take the train, only 5 minutes walk away, which travels up and down the valley from Les Praz station to Vallorcine, Martigny and St Gervais.
