Bright and beachy decor offering comfortable furnishings throughout, this townhome features 2 bedrooms with 2 full plus 1 half bathrooms and is an easy walk or bike ride to shops, restaurants, and the Bethany Beach boardwalk. The family will enjoy relaxing together alongside the community saltwater swimming pool! Amenities include central air conditioning with air purification system & a whole house water and kitchen filter system, full kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, charcoal grill, outside shower, TV, DVD and WiFi. Family friendly including 2 bicycles, beach cart, beach wagon and beach chairs. Recharge and enjoy time with friends and family out back on the cozy and private screened in porch or enclosed yard! Perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle. Includes 1 Bethany Beach parking permit.
