This beach community condo has single level living with private off-street entrance, outdoor shower and cheerful beachy d�cor. The condo features all the comforts of home including central air conditioning, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 1 TV and WiFi. Relax and enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails with friends and family on the wonderful private open deck! Just a few minutes walk to several nearby restaurants and the private Sea Colony beach. Don�t feel like walking to the beach? Take the community shuttle that runs all day during the summer season.
Sea Colony is a full service resort offering 12 pools (2 indoor, plus 7 more for the kids), world-class tennis, fitness centers with indoor pool, saunas, whirlpool, locker rooms, exercise room, indoor gym and more!
