This bright and airy, newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath Sea Colony West condo is perfect for a family or couples beach vacation getaway! This beach community condo has single level living with private off-street entrance, outdoor shower and cheerful beachy decor. The condo features all the comforts of home including central air conditioning, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 1 TV and WiFi. Relax and enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails with friends and family on the wonderful private open deck! Just a few minutes walk to several nearby restaurants and the private Sea Colony beach. Don't feel like walking to the beach? Take the community shuttle that runs all day during the summer season!

Sea Colony is a full service resort offering 12 pools (2 indoor, plus 7 more for the kids), world-class tennis, fitness centers with indoor pool, saunas, whirlpool, locker rooms, exercise room, indoor gym and more! Activities available for all ages including kid's night out, bingo and more. Community Shuttle (in season) and on-site security. Recreation fee of $58.00 per person per week-not optional. Please respect the no-pets policy. Mini Weeks Available!
