Located on one of Anna Maria's relaxing canals and 1.5 blocks to the sugar sand beach, Canal Walk is a vacation home paradise with abundant outdoor amenities.

A step inside our home reveals the bright and airy open living and dining rooms and centrally located kitchen. Oversized patio doors offer views to the tropically landscaped backyard.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and oversized patio door access to outside. The additional two guest rooms have a king-sized bed and queen-sized bed with a Smart TV. The final guest room features a set of twin beds. Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The sparkling pool and spa are highlights of the lush backyard surrounded by pool loungers. The pool features in-pool loungers under the shade of a patio umbrella. Relax poolside in the covered entertainment area complete with a bar, built in gas grill and fire pit table.

The converted boat house is now a Tiki Bar complete with bar seating, a fridge and large TV. Steps away, enjoy an afternoon in one of the Adirondack chairs overlooking the canal. Be prepared for visiting seabirds and possibly a manatee or dolphin while fishing from the dock. The family will also love the 3-hole mini-golf course.

Canal Walk is easy walking distance to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

The house is really nice and pool is gorgeous. Stayed with two kids and grandma - everyone was happy. Super close to the beach. Highly recommend. One note - you need to bring everything for cooking (including salt and pepper) and bathrooms have one roll of toilet paper each. Other than that, no complaints at all.

This place was just as advertised, WONDEFUL!!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our favorite amenities were the pool, beach supplies, bikes, and last but not least, get ready for it.....the PACMAN machine!!!

Wonderful vacation home

The home was beautiful and matched the description. It had everything needed for a weeks stay for our family. The home was located down the street and a short walk away from the beach which was super convenient.

Fantastic week

Our family of 6 had an amazing stay. The house was clean and check in was easy. The pool and outdoor area was fabulous! Our family used the grill, ate at the bar area, and enjoyed watching basketball while our teens watched from the hot tub. The lagoon provided hours of entertainment trying to catch fish! Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed and more! Beach cart was perfect for the short walk to the beach and the chairs were so nice! It was an amazing property and I would stay here again!

Our family stayed 1 week at the house and I have to say it was beautiful. Less than 1 year since the hurricane damage we were a little concerned on what we would get. The home was immaculate and the landscaping was beautiful. The backyard pool and spa is landscaped to be very private. We had fun hanging out, cooking and playing mini golf. The house is only 1.5 blocks from the beach and the house had everything you need for the beach - noodles, floats, fins, wagon, chairs etc. I dont think you could need anything else. Check in and communication with vacation rentals was extremely easy. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again. I must say the old-school arcade game was also a hit.Highly recommend on days we are not there!!

The home was open and spacious. The beds were so comfy. The outdoor living space is fabulous. Beautiful landscaping, very private, pool was inviting, so many different areas to hang out in. Great location. Beach and town area within walking distance.

Absolutely amazing, can't wait to come back!

We visit the island twice a year renting a different home each time and Canal Walk is our absolute new favorite, we can't wait to rent this home again and again! The beautiful bright beach decor is so fun. The kitchen is fully stocked with any and everything you could ever need! The pool and patio area was definitely a fan favorite for all ages. There was plenty of both sun and shade. The home is very clean and exceptionally well kept, we all thought the beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Again I can't say enough great things about this house or Anna Maria Life vacation rental company!

Pool unkept

The house was great! This seems to be a very nicely kept home. The yard/patio area was nice and we enjoyed the outdoor seating as well as the ping pong table and other yard games. Overall it was a good stay. We did have a few issues, only 1 of them we bothered to report to the rental manager. When we arrived, the dishwasher was still full of dishes and many in the drawers were dirty. The master bedroom sliding glass door as well as one of the sliders in the kitchen DO NOT LOCK! The only thing we reported was the dirty pool. When we arrived at the home around 5pm on Saturday (check in is after 4pm), the maintenance people were still in the home. We noticed the pool was dirty and were told by maintenance that the pool company was not scheduled until Monday to clean it. Later in the evening, we attempted to clean it ourselves with the pool skimmer net and noticed that the filter was not working properly, and the pool was full of "particles" not just leaves. We called the office on Sunday to ask for someone to be sent out for repair. They agreed to send out their maintenance man and again stated the pool company would be out Monday. The maintenance man did come back out (same fella) and could do nothing to improve the pool filter situation except "turn it up". Monday after waiting nearly the entire workday for the pool company to show up, I called again to the rental office and was told that we were still on the pool companies schedule, and he would be out before 6pm. She also said she would follow up with me afterwards to make sure everything was taken care of.. Minutes later, he showed up. Would not speak to us, used the skimmer for leaves, tested the water, dumped some chemical in and left. He did not vacuum the large amounts of sand out, he did not wipe down the dirty walls with the brush he brought in with him and he did absolutely NOTHING with the filer/pump equipment. I never received any other call or acknowledgement from the rental agency to date. It was pretty sad to rent a lovely home with a dirty pool for a week. Again, this is a nice home and if you don't mind a dirty pool, it's a wonderful place to stay! Hopefully, they will be able to repair the pool issues prior to the next renters stay. OH, and a house full of adults HATE pool door alarms which are apparently mandatory in Anna Maria.
