Living room furniture not good...otherwise clean. Pool was great. Kitchen good. Access to rest of Florida really good

Clean, comfortable home with heated pool, in Orlando

Wonderful host. Very responsive & accommodating. Safe, quiet neighborhood, close to Disney parks. Pool heated well, so we were able to swim even when it wasn’t that warm out. Good starter supplies, & plenty of towels.

Simple and cozy

The Villa is nice and simple, contains all the basic amenities, toiletries, and kitchen appliances to enjoy homemade meals. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool was nice, I wished I had opted to heat it to enjoy the hot tub. The neighborhood is clean, safe and quiet. The location is a little far from stores and attractions. Overall a comfortable stay with our three teens.

The home itself is beautiful and welcoming. The couches are very worn and uncomfortable. The mattresses are uncomfortable and the frames are old and squeaky. When we arrived after prepaying for a heated hot tub, the pool and hot tub were covered in worms. We cleaned it up and by next day same thing. At this point kids were refusing to go in. Owner had someone come clean that day and they sprayed and replaced some of the fencing around the pool (should have been done before having renters honestly) we are now day 3 an wasted all that time not getting to swim… next few days are in Disney all day so we had the heat shut off an they o let refunded for days off not for days we couldn’t pool.. the community is very nice an the pool in the community is wonderful. House was decent for what it was but wouldn’t stay again.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting that you found the home beautiful and welcoming. We’re sorry the pool experience did not meet expectations during your stay. Following the heavy rainstorms we experienced at that time, worms can occasionally wash up from the surrounding sand and even come up through the deck drainage system, this is a natural occurrence in Florida after significant rainfall and is not related to a torn or damaged pool screen. As soon as we were notified, we promptly sent our pool team to clean, treat, and inspect the area to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We understand it was disappointing to lose pool time, which is why we refunded the unused pool heat once it was turned off. Our goal is always to respond quickly and make things right whenever unexpected weather-related situations arise. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to ensure every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Not Completely Satisified

The home was a great size and located in a beautiful, quiet, and very clean community. Inside, the house was generally clean—aside from a few carpet stains, which were minor and understandable—and the towels in the hall bathroom had an order which smelled similar to cigarette. Fortunately, the full-size washer and dryer worked well, and detergent was thoughtfully provided, making it easy to address. One drawback was that the water in the kitchen and master bathroom never got hot, which made evening baths less enjoyable. The other bathrooms had warm enough water for a decent shower, but it was still a noticeable inconvenience. Compared to other homes we've rented, the in-home entertainment amenities were somewhat limited and not in the best condition. However, the community clubhouse offered additional options, which was a nice bonus. That said, we did encounter a snake in the garage, where the pool table and air hockey table were located, and, unexpectedly, another snake in the pool while the kids were swimming on our last night. While we genuinely enjoyed the home and the peaceful community, unfortunately, due to the snake incidents, we would not choose to return.
