Sleeps up to 20. Less than 10 minutes from Indiana University, this house features a beautifully remodeled 6 bedroom house with a deluxe kitchen.

Outdoor features include a Fire ring, Hot Tub, Patio and Grill.

The Hot Tub is open year round.

Their is also 2 cabins available for use. If your group needs additional beds, I will open them up for you., upon request. The cabins incude a queen bed, 2 twin beds and 2 full mattresses in a loft. All water to the cabins is shut off for the winter.

There is a keyless lock to get into the house and your privacy will be respected. But I am always available to answer questions or help in any way.

Parties are allowed, but I must be notified and give approval. I have several cameras on the front of house and driveway, so I will see if more than the allowed number of guests arrives.

The house has a shared driveway with a cabin. Please do not block access to the cabin.

You wont believe the kitchen- it has everything you need to cook a feast for 25+ people and basic ingredients as well. The dining hall seats 25. The hot tub fits 7 people. There are three decks, one porch, one balcony and a concrete patio. The patio is easily accessible to the kitchen through double doors, plus there is a big propane grill and grilling tools for those who like to cook with fire!

The large fire ring makes a great place for everyone to gather in the evening for s'mores and campfire stories.

The property is located a couple hundred yards from an old fashioned railroad, which kids tend to love, but for safety sake we fenced in the backyard with hot tub and a few other features. As a parent I love this because I can keep track of the little ones, knowing they can't go running off into the woods.

FInally, a note on cleaning: It is very important that our guests are safe and healthy. To that end, we have adopted the CDC recommendations for cleaning and disinfecting between guests. We wipe down ALL surfaces, knobs and switches with a CDC approved disinfectant which is effective against Covid-19. We wash all linens on HOT for each and every set of guests and we provide hand soap in every bathroom.

Bedrooms: We have 6 bedrooms in the main house. . We have 1 full mattresses and 3 single mattresses available, as well as 2 pull out sofas.

We're a 10 minute drive to IU campus and College Mall, 15 minutes from the stadium and downtown. With Nashville 30 minutes to the east, and Lake Monroe 30 minutes south, you really couldn't ask for a sweeter location.

A maximum of 5 guests above the number which have booked as guests may come to the property. Any more than that will require owner permission.
