Welcome to our Luxuary Old Town townhome in perhaps Scottsdale’s best location. A peaceful, safe and tranquil neighborhood, walking distance to everything Scottsdale has to offer, Fashion Square mall, Old Town dinning, shopping, nightlife, Spring Training baseball.
The home was completely remodelled and offers a modern open concept layout over two floors. The home is beautifully furnished with modern designed furniture. The main bedroom is complete with a King size bed and the second bedroom a Queen. A/C, Heat, Cable TV package, Fast Wifi, Smart TVs, Linens, towels, pool towels and all other essentials are provided. There is a gorgeous patio off the main floor, overlooking the pool. Absolutely perfect for a morning coffee or late night meal. There are two pools, an outdoor bbq area and grills , parking directly outside your front door and additional visitor parking.
A perfect spot to call home for any period of time.

Pictures make the property look nicer than it is. Property is dated. Apartment complex is old.

This guest broke our window after she locked herself out. Damaged the bedroom door and didn’t return the keys after check out. The damages were paid from her security deposit and she has now left us a bad review as retaliation . We have contacted VRBO and hope they will remove this review as they have all the evidence from the damages this guest caused.

Excellent location if you want to walk to fashion district and waterfront, and 5th avenue shops. Old town is a little further but still walkable. Lots of space , nice updates to what you can tell is an older community. Very responsive host.

The pool was amazing! Just a few steps from the door, not crowded and heated. The home was clean and just as described. Fashion Square is right around the corner and Old Town is about a mile away across the bridge.
