Nestled in a serene neighbourhood, our home offers a peaceful retreat with breathtaking natural wonders right at your doorstep. The expansive yard is not only perfect for relaxation but also provides ample room for your boat or jetskis.



The Space:

PLEASE NOTE – This property is STRICTLY not suitable for parties, events, or loud groups.

Boasting a spacious lounge dining area and 3 generous bedrooms with a total of 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.

The main family bathroom features a shower, vanity, bathtub and toilet.

The generous double garage is available for guest use.

Complimentary WIFI.

Complimentary Tea and coffee and milk provided.

We use hire serviced linen to provide our Airbnb guests high quality linen. All beds are made up with a towel and face cloth provided for each guest. If you require extra towels for the beach or hot pools please bring your own.



Guest Access:

The whole home is yours to access and enjoy. You will have access to and use of the entire house including the spacious double garage, and off street carparking + jetski or boat parking.

Other Things to Note:

Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.
