We're delighted that you enjoyed the condo, found it exceptionally clean, and appreciated the easy beach access, beautiful surroundings, and convenient location. The pond, ducks, and turtles are truly a favorite feature of the community. We apologize for the inconvenience with the keypad. Our records show that after the issue was reported, our 24/7 Guest Services Team promptly contacted our local Operations Team and provided a temporary access code to ensure uninterrupted access. We're pleased to share that the lock issue has since been resolved. As noted in the "What to Bring" section of the Guest Portal sent 14 days before arrival, we provide a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and hand soap. Additional items are the responsibility of guests during their stay. Your feedback is invaluable and we hope to have the opportunity to host you for a more seamless future stay. Your Southern Team

We have had the patio door repaired, and the windows inspected (they were found it be in good working order). All of our properties have a standard drip coffee maker. If this property did not have one upon arrival we would have brought one right to you, had we been made aware. We will pass along your feedback regarding the closet space, seating options, the drain plug, and kitchen table to our management team for review.
