Beautiful, clean house. Terrific for exploring Wilmington and surrounding beach areas. As older adults just would have liked a coffee shop or store/market within a bit closer walking distance. Very happy with our experience.

Great location and we could walk to several restaurants and coffee shops. Great house with lots of amenities and perfect for a long weekend. Host was very responsive—we had a minor glitch getting in and he responded immediately. We’d definitely rent again!

The house was very clean and organized. Love the interior decorations. The owner was quick to respond when we asked if we could go earlier for check-in. We were very close to downtown, the mall and the restaurants. We would love to go back there! It definitely feels like home away from home with all the amenities.

Everything was so easy and clean. I had direct communication with the owner who was helpful and flexible with our flights arriving early. Directions were clear and easy. The beds were very comfortable.

Would absolutely book this property again. Extremely clean and looks just like the photos! I booked for my in-laws that came to visit and it was the perfect space for all of us. Great location, close to the beach and downtown so we always had something to do. Pet friendly was a plus so my dog could come and they even had dog water and food bowl in the kitchen. We were very comfortable during our stay. Michael, the host, was fast to reply to any questions I had. Book this place while you can!

Great Experience!

We booked this property for the 4th of July weekend and it was awesome! Plenty of space for our family of six, with everything we needed for a short beach trip. It is very close to downtown, and just 15 min drive to Wrightsville beach. The patio with the fire pit was a plus, and a great place to spend your evening/night chilling after a day at the beach. Michael, the host, was very responsive (within minutes) after sending him questions. We will definitely book this property again!

Our over all stay was very nice, the home was lovely and in a great location. We had a few issues with the linens and towels. The main king bedroom suite bed was covered in hair ( both human and pet) same as the other king bedroom. I contacted the owner and they were very gracious and came to replace the things that were unwanted. The towels and wash rags need to be bleached or replaced when they get stained or dirty looking. We also had an issue with a few cockroaches that we killed and we didn’t notify the owners. Other than some feather dusting on the stairs and pictures and steps the home is beautiful and we had a nice stay.
