The Space:
This home is the perfect St. Pete getaway for up to four guests! The space features one queen bedroom, one twin-to-king bedroom, and two full bathrooms for you to make yourself at home. Each bathroom is stocked with towels + complimentary toiletries and each bedroom is finished with fresh linens for your stay.

The fully upgraded kitchen features brand-new appliances including a Fridge, Oven, Microwave and Dishwasher as well as dining space for the whole group. It is also fully stocked with cooking supplies to make cooking and eating easy! Work from home in the tastefully designed front foyer or lounge out and enjoy a movie on your HD Smart TV in the spacious living area.

There is a full-sized washer and dryer located in the rear garage, just outside the back door of the home. We have also included complimentary laundry soap + dryer sheets in the laundry area for your stay as well.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the door to home.

The Neighborhood:
St. Petersburg is a bustling city with rich history, plenty of outdoor parks and incredible restaurants + shopping for you to take advantage of during your stay with us! Downtown St. Petersburg is a 10-15 minute drive away and features a stunning waterfront pier as well as dining and local stores all along Central Avenue for you to explore. Some of our favorite places to visit in the area are the Sunken Gardens, the Dali Museum and Pier Teaki!

Getting Around:
St. Petersburg offers various forms of public transport to make exploring the city a breeze! The Downtown Looper and Central Avenue Trolley are free bus/trolley services that run in downtown St. Petersburg, the Sunrunner bus service runs from downtown St. Pete to the beaches! Additionally, there are E-Scooters, bike share, and ride share services throughout the city.

Other Things to Note:
- PETS: We allow pets at a rate of $50/pet. You must notify us if you are bringing a pet.
- SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property grounds. Smoking will result in a $500 fine
- LAUNDRY: Private washer and dryer as well as laundry soaps available for guests
