Step into this beautiful luxury condo and immediately experience breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez from the spacious living area. The kitchen, just to your right, is beautifully designed with frosted glass cabinets, illuminated for an elegant touch. It is fully equipped with top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher.

The living area offers a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, featuring a pull-out queen-size sofa bed and a 65-inch TV with a Firestick, perfect for unwinding while enjoying the stunning view. Adjacent to the living space is a dining table, ideal for family meals or entertaining guests. Step outside onto the balcony and take in the peaceful, serene surroundings of the quiet beach and rolling waves. The patio is equipped with comfortable furniture, a private jacuzzi (please note, it’s a traditional hot tub, not equipped with turbo jets), and a gas grill, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view.

To the left of the main area, the primary bedroom offers panoramic views and a luxurious, spa-like bathroom. Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a large hot tub, with the king-sized bed on the right, accompanied by a 42-inch TV with Firestick. Floor-to-ceiling windows and private deck access provide a seamless connection with the outdoors. The en-suite bathroom features a private shower room, a separate toilet area, and double sinks. Additional conveniences include a walk-in closet, ironing board, iron, and hair dryer.

On the right side of the main area, you’ll find the second bathroom and two more bedrooms. The second bedroom offers similar views to the primary bedroom, with a king-sized bed, a 32-inch TV with Firestick, and a DVD player. The third bedroom is perfect for those who desire extra space and privacy. It is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a twin sofa bed, a dining area, and a 32-inch TV, along with a kitchenette that includes a mini-fridge, two-burner stove, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. This room also has its own private patio, offering a tranquil view of the lagoon and Playa Encanto.

The check in process is just as others reviewed, very difficult! The guy called me a couple hours before we got into Rocky point and said he was gonna send me a pin with the location to the management office he never sent the pin. Apparently there are two Oceano management properties in Rocky point so we went to the wrong one at first. Once checked in, we did find the location very easily. Francisco on site was amazing. There is now a pool bar that they have opened and Dante was a great bartender. The condo itself the spare bathroom the shower didn’t work. So everyone had to shower in the master bathroom and we had seven people over 16 and two babies. The hot water does not get that hot. It’s lukewarm at best so don’t plan on using the Jacuzzi hot tub. That’s on the patio cause it doesn’t get hot at all in that. Only sheets were provided for the pullout bed and we had a hard time locking down a blanket as the staff on site would not give us one since the management company is located offsite we had to call them. We did love that the beach was very private and quiet for our family. And compared to staying on the Sandy Beach side where the sand is very shell and hurt your feet. The sand over at los conchas is amazing.

Mostly a great place

Mostly everything was great. The apartment was beautiful! There were things that didn’t work though. Many light bulbs were out including the one in the master bedroom toilet, and kitchen. The AC was making a loud hissing/suction noise. The hot tub was something I was really looking forward to, but it was empty, like a bathtub and nothing to seal the drain with. Plus they only allowed 100 liters of water usage per day, so it felt like a trap to charge us. Pool was nice, staff were all very nice and helpful. Bed was comfy. Overall it was a great stay.

First off I have photos of all of the gross items I am referring to. Mold all inside the coffee pot / Keurig No hot water the entire stay - not once Dirty towels put away as clean ones No beach towels Dirty pillows Over charged - disputing The dishwasher like no hooked up don’t flooded the kitchen

Condo was as advised - Be aware of Management.

So many things wrong

Let me start by saying that the property manager was wonderful and did everything he could do to try and help the situation, the owner was not as willing. We stayed for 4 days. Minor issues: not enough towels for all of us though we were in the range of number of people who could stay, no blankets for the pull out bed, master bath jet tub shot out a large amount of mold on my children, no beach towels.Day 1. No hot water in entire unit, no water on one side of the unit, hot tub does not turn on. Pull out bed frame broken so kids caved in when they tried to lay on it, no propane in grill.Day 2: they arrived in the morning to replace water heater and bring propane. when we got home we still had no hot water, the hot tub could not be repaired. Then the power went out (can only blame the weather for that) but we then had no water at all.Day 3: theY came back to fix the new water heater I’m assuming was a breaker, we were able to take a quick family shower before it ran out.Came back to power out again resulting in us being locked out (keypad needs power) and again no hot water because of power. Day 4: packing up to leave water finally got hot as we were walking out the door.Property manager offered us a small discount to come back, owner wasn’t willing to offer any reimbursement or discount. The property was beautiful but the stay was a constant disappointment.Spend the money to stay somewhere else!

Our property manager worked diligently to address every concern brought to our attention, including replacing the water heater, providing propane, and offering maintenance services. However, some issues—such as the unexpected power outage—were completely out of our control and affected multiple properties in the area. Despite this, we made every effort to accommodate the guest, including offering alternative solutions and a discount on a future stay. While we understand that any inconvenience can be frustrating, we also believe it’s important to acknowledge the level of effort put forth to resolve issues in real time. We stand by our commitment to providing a high-quality experience, and we continue to welcome guests who appreciate great service and a beautiful property.
