This first-floor two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo overlooks a lovely pond and golf course. Facing West- you'll have the best artwork nature has to offer every night on the lanai.



Your rental includes a covered assigned parking space, with additional guest parking available as well. There is a lovely quiet community pool right outside of the condo for guest enjoyment. There is a 30-day minimum rental for this property. Full-size washer and dryer for guest use



We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
