This spacious two-level penthouse apartment is set right in the heart of Coolum Beach. It is walking distance from cafes, restaurants and bars to family-friendly parks, busy shops and the patrolled surf beach. The apartment has three bedrooms (1x king bed, 1 x queen bed, 2 x doubles, as well as 2 single fold out sofas. There are two bathrooms (one is the master ensuite) and an open-plan living area with glorious ocean views. The top-floor entertaining room and sundeck also take advantage of the outlook and provide the perfect place to host guests or relax. A rare apartment with 2 living areas.
There are stairs to get into the unit, then internal stairs to get to the upper penthouse level.
Undercover parking for 1 car, and ample street parking as well.

The apartment could not have been more perfect! Incredible location, so close to the beach and shops. Very spacious, modern appliances and a well equipped kitchen. The host was also so lovely and easy to communicate with. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Beautiful stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Perfect location, could walk to everything we needed, absolutely gorgeous apartment that was clean and the host had thought of literally everything to ensure we had what we needed for an amazing stay! Apartment was as perfect as the pictures! Would highly recommend!! Thank you for our wonderful Easter holiday. :)
