With Breathtaking expansive views of the Factory Bay, Marco River and the Jolley Bridge can be enjoyed from this screened lanai. The lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy the daily dolphin and manatee sightings, water sports, reading, morning sunrise or a nice meal. This unit is located in the preferred building ''A'' with the best views in all of this community!! This condo has a in unit stackable washer/dryer, king size bed, modern kitchen and bathroom. There is a one time $30 parking fee

Lovely stay with my daughter! The condo was clean, well-stocked, and very cozy. Everything felt updated, with comfortable furniture and an amazing view of the river. We especially loved the two pools and the dock where you can fish - seeing dolphins so close to us was unforgettable!The location is perfect, close to restaurants, grocery stores, the beach, and shops, making everything easy and convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again in the future.

Beautiful

Watching the dolphins from our room or relaxing at the pool was unbelievable.Room was as described, spacious and very clean. Had everything we needed.Very laid back area.
