Our experience at this house was extremely disappointing and honestly unacceptable, especially traveling with a child. When we arrived, the house was dirty and clearly not prepared for guests. There were cockroaches inside the house, trash left around, the beds were unmade, and there was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the property. The condition of the home made us very uncomfortable, and it felt unsafe and unhealthy for our kid.What made the experience even worse was the host’s behavior. When we contacted her about the issues, she was rude, yelled at us, and offered no real help or solutions, her name was Nikki. Instead of trying to fix the situation or show concern, she was completely unprofessional and dismissive.We paid expecting a clean and safe place to stay, and this was the complete opposite. I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families traveling with children.
