LAKE LURE WILL NOT BE OPEN FOR RECREATIONAL BOATING, FISHING, OR SWIMMING IN THE 2025 SEASON. Although the lake is closed and lowered while Hurricane Helene cleanup continues, there is much that our beautiful foothills area has to offer. LAKE ADGER, LAKE LANIER, SHUMONT LAKE, and MIRROR LAKE suffered no damage, so homes and those lakes are available. BALD MOUNTAIN LAKE in the resort is open and beautiful. We are welcoming guests in over 60 beautiful homes to use as a "home base" for visiting nearby towns, restaurants, shops, hiking areas, and seasonal special events in Lake Lure, Hendersonville, Asheville, Black Mountain, Saluda, and Tryon. Golf is open to the public at Rumbling Bald, and local area wineries, breweries, trails, and music are within an hour's drive. Many of the Chimney Rock shops are set up at the Tryon International Equestrian Center Pavilion. Chimney Rock Park is now open!

This brand-new and beautiful home is ready for you and your family to plan your Lake Lure Adventure. In a gated mountain community with all paved roads and located just minutes from Ingles Grocery Store and the towns of Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. Tryon International Equestrian Center is also an easy drive and an exciting place to visit for horses and entertainment.

The main level offers a spacious kitchen where everyone can gather, a dining area, a living room with a gas-log fireplace, a game room, and a really nice master suite.

The upper level has another master suite, 2 additional bedrooms, a full hall bath, and a bonus/overflow room. You can experience the breathtaking views from nearly every room in the home.

Outside, there is a large covered porch with a dining table to enjoy your meals or morning coffee in awe of what's in front of you. Additionally, a hot tub to soothe your weary muscles after a long day of hiking adventures!
