Checking in and out was smooth. Property was clean, resort staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was fantastic for our rest day in between parks. Water pressure was too high for my liking through the shower heads, would love to see adjustable/switchable streams for future visits.Would definitely recommend staying here.

My family of 10 had an amazing stay here. We had 4 kids that were 4 and under and they loved the themed rooms and Mario toys they have there. I was pleasantly surprised by the baby gates they had at the top and bottom of the stairs and also in the kitchen, they were super helpful with keeping my littles safe. The host checked in several times to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything. Will definitely be coming back!

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for noting our friendly communication and smooth check-in process. We are truly sorry for the disappointment regarding the resort’s lazy river and slide. Maintenance and operational schedules for community amenities are handled entirely by resort management, but we completely understand how frustrating it is when planned resort features are unavailable during a vacation. Cleanliness and comfort are top priorities for us, and we wish we had been notified during your stay so we could have addressed these items immediately. We are sharing your cleaning notes directly with our housekeeping crew, and we will have our maintenance team ensure the bathroom GFCI outlets are reset and working properly. Thank you again for your review, and we wish you and your family all the best in your future travels.

After check-in with property management, security access was straightforward; however, access to the actual apartment required a separate door code in an online “boarding pass,” which was missing. The property owner quickly corrected the issue. The grandkids loved the Mario Bros themed room and the gaming equipment that was provided.

The property was as described, EXCELLENT! The family was pleasantly surprised by the amenities and the decor... EXCEPTIONAL. There were some minor issues with retrieving the door code, primarily due to a lack of communication between two different systems (VRBO & Sage's system); however, the host did rectify this for us. You receive a lot of BANG for your . This particular unit, especially if you're traveling with children/teens, is perfect. We definitely plan to return!!
