In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers three bedrooms, gorgeous golf views, and plenty of gathering space. The home is about a 13-minute walk or 4-minute bike ride to the beach.

The home’s main living area features soaring ceilings, a plush sectional sofa, and a TV. The living area gives way to the sunroom, which has plenty of windows, two love seats, and a TV. A dining area separates the sunroom and kitchen and offers seating for eight. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of counter space to prepare your vacation meals and snacks.

Enjoy relaxing in one of the home’s three comfortable bedrooms. The golfview primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, a TV, access to the back deck, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub. On the other end of the home, you will find the two remaining bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The next bedroom has a full-sized bed and twin trundle. Additional sleeping space is available on the sleeper sofa in the loft.

Step out to the home’s deck and experience breathtaking views of Turtle Point Golf Course. The deck has plenty of outdoor seating to watch the golfers and enjoy the serene coastal breezes.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.
