The Space:
Home Base is a well-equipped and family-friendly property made up of a comfortable main house and a separate sleep-out—perfect for groups wanting a bit of extra space and privacy. The main house includes a queen master bedroom and a second bedroom with two king single beds and a single trundler—great for kids or extra guests. There's a full bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, and a cosy living room to relax in. Just steps away, the sleep-out offers a private queen bedroom and its own bathroom with shower and toilet, making it ideal for grandparents, couples, or teens. The garage contains a dryer for guest use. Home Base is a relaxed and practical retreat for your Rotorua stay.

Guest Access:
You'll have complete access to the entire house and its amenities. Enjoy the private spaces including three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. You're also welcome to use the garden or backyard, the BBQ grill, and the garage. Please note this is a smoke-free property.

The Neighborhood:
Home Base is ideally situated in the charming neighborhood of Glenholme, offering easy access to Rotorua's vibrant city center (CBD) via a short walk or drive. Explore the area's main attractions, including the majestic Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest, the geothermal wonders of Te Puia, and the cultural experiences at The Whakarewarewa Living Maori Village, all within easy reach. Getting Around:
This house offers easy access to public transport. Parking is available with free options on the property and free street parking directly in front of the house. Guests can also use the garage on the premises.

Other Things to Note:
Please note - The Sleep-Out is a seperate building, just 10 metres from the main house. It is accessed by going outside the main house.
