The Little Blue Nest - ECO rated home

A small two bedroom home in the heart of Acton. Close to go train, 5 minute walk to downtown and a 10 minute drive from the Rockwood conservation area. You will be renting a full home which is attached to a semi detached 2nd unit. The home has one bathroom, kitchen, laundry room with breakfast nook and two small bedrooms. Features all new appliances, tv with disney & prime, games/ gaming console and more. Guests will have their own two entrances and a large driveway.

The space
This is a semi detached home with two units ( this rental being the main entrance and driveway). Currently noone is living in the other unit until the end of 2024.

There are two oddities we like to make all guests aware of before they book to ensure they are comfortable.

Firstly, there is a stairwell off of the larger bedroom that leads to the 2nd unit in the house. Both sides have locked doors and the stairwell has soundproofing sheets & supplies for our cleaners stored. it is an oddity that we like to point out.

Secondly, there is no thermostat in this rental as it is unfortunetely housed in the 2nd unit. We ask guests to tell us their preferred temperature and we will set it the morning of for them. We have a heater in the mudroom and a fan in the larger bedroom for your additional comfort. If you are staying for an extended amount of time we can support you in logging into our thermostat app to controll it on your own.

Other things to note
Please note that our cleaners do not wash dishes ( apologies for this). As a guest you are responsible for washing your own dishes ( dishwasher preferred) and putting them back where they initially were.

Please do not book with us if the dishes stipulation is an issue with you and you will provide a lower rating due to this. We like to be 100% upfront and transparent about our space ans this is unfortunately something we cannot controll. Thank you.
