This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, value lower unit is just three blocks from the beach! Tile floors and spacious front patio. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bath. The second and third bedrooms also have queen beds and the second bathroom is in the hall between the second and third bedrooms. Shared washer and dryer and 1 parking spot in the shared garage. Suitable for smaller vehicles only.

The Space:
This value lower unit of a duplex is a short walk to one of the best beaches on the Peninsula, ideal for sunning, surfing, boogie boarding and more!
The living area has cozy seating and a wall-mounted flat panel TV. Stainless appliances, a built-in microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space make the kitchen an efficient space for whipping up family favorites. The kitchen counter has stools for casual meals and there is a table on the front patio with a charcoal BBQ.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and en-suite bath. The second and third bedrooms also have queen beds. The second bathroom is in the hall between the second and third bedrooms.
The home has 1 parking space in a shared garage with upper unit. Please note that this spot is for a smaller vehicle.
Pavilions grocery store is three blocks away on 32nd Street, alongside many casual restaurants. Newport Beach has some of the best dining spots all within a short drive or a 10-15 minute walk of this home. Lido Marina Village has many up scale eateries and boutiques and beautiful harbor front views. This location is perfect for families looking to explore all the area has to offer.
