Tranquil, private and boasting amazing sunrises & sunsets, its nestled in nature and wildlife. The house is spacious (2900sf) with 3 queen bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 tub), full kitchen, living room with wood burning stove, dining area and a screened in sunroom.

Finished basement with additional seating and entertainment area, great for the kids. Queen sized pull out sofa bed. There is a large raised deck for lounging, cooking & dining with your family & friends as well as a firepit area in the front yard.

Public access to the water and boat launch area is a short distance away. Great for canoeing, kayaking and fishing. The Village of Baddeck offers artisan shops, exquisite local fare, fresh seafood and entertainment. The house and property are private and is for your use during your stay. There is an apartment located above the garage that is occupied by a full time tenant who maintains the property. There is a separate entrance and the occupant will respect your privacy. The large barn is not accessible.
