Fun place to stay

Nice place, lots of fun for the family. Ping pong, pool table, fizzle ball, and air hockey was awesome to have available.

Great games

The property was in a beautiful location and had plenty of space and games for kids to play, which was very nice. The check in process was delayed due to cleaning crew being behind, which was never communicated until we arrived at the property at the scheduled check in time. The house was not as clean, maybe due to being rushed, but overall the stay was very pleasant.

Family Time

Had a great time with our kids and 4 grandsons, ages 9 months to 14 years. Family room was great with lots of room to move around, play games, beautiful roomy deck with hot tub. The home is an older property but did not disappoint. Had a great time and would stay here again.

Great Location

The house was perfectly located it just needs a little TLC. Stove handle, lights throughout the house, heavy cleaning, minor touch ups and improvements needed.

Annual Summer Week

The house was a great vacation house. The game room was fantastic for entertaining friends! Loved the place. Carpets need cleaning and the master bathroom needs a little TLC. Other than that it was great! Would definitely stay here again. Loved the personal touches.

It was very easy to ...check in and out...

We loved it .. it was great for the kids they were busy with all the game equipment that was available they were not bored.. and we we loved the time in the spa and playing with the kids in the evening... Only please wash the comforters in beds ..the stove needs to me replace and the faucets are reversed with the hot and cold... need new cooking pans and pool table is great but one pocket is missing the bottom... but is was great thank you =)

Home was very dirty. A lot of the windows had spider webs. There was trash behind the curtains and the outdoor grill still had three grilled corn on the cob, so we know they did not inspect or clean it.

We liked the location and layout of property. The air conditioner was not working. The refrigerator leaks water. The stove burners were dirty and only 2 worked. Front door was hard to open and close. We were given some credit for A/C not working

Just a get away

We had a family vacay with my sister her kids my parents and our kids it was the perfect getaway to remove is from everyday life house was clean and game room was perfect for the kids and adults and the fire in the fire place made everything cozy we will definitely stay again

Wonderful property

We were really happy with this property. It had everything for everyone. We played hours of ping pong and pool as well as enjoyed the hot tub. There were plenty of supplies, including seasonings. We really appreciated having enough trash bags, towels, and other necessities that are usually rarely stocked. There was also a crab apple tree in the front that attracted lots of wild life! We would definitely stay here again.

PLAY AND STAY

We had a good time staying at Cowboys and Indians. the Air Conditioner did not work. it blew air, but it wasn't cold. We survived just fine. We had 12 year old grand boys. they stayed busy with all the games in the house. it was wonderful. anytime you can keep them occupied, you have accomplished a great task. Thanks for the stay. there are other issues, but we would stay there again next time.

Worse experience ever

the owner don't care about the VRbo policies, they don't allow you to cancel the trip even if you are doing following their policy, it took 9 call and 3 months to get my money back, DON'T Rent this property

Great Experience !

20 minutes before we arrived, the property manager called stating the cabin had some issues and we were not going to be able to stay there. They upgraded us into an even more beautiful property and the experience was amazing. Thank you guys so much for accommodating us !

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed ourselves but the cabin needs some work. It became comical with all the things that were broken and falling apart. The kitchen fridge leaked, the dishwasher leaked, the burners on the stove were broken and some didnt work. The dishes and cups were cracked and chipped. We even tried to use a blender there which basically exploded on us. Lots of other kitchen gadgets were broken or missing parts so they couldn't be used. Furniture was falling apart, we actually found glue to put stuff back together. The place was dark and very dated. Lots of bugs and spiders hanging out inside. The cabin had lots of games, which was awesome, but they were also falling apart, missing pieces and heavily stained. Hot tub was good and we always had very hot water in the shower and sinks. Seemed like nothing in the house had been updated since the 70s. Decor was hilariously bad. We even found a creepy clown picture and hid it for the next guests to find. Overall it was a good place but it needs some serious TLC.

Nice property but extremely dirty and not maintained

Check in was easy. Spider webs all over the place on the ceiling and bedrooms. The hot tub had a half of the jets not working very disappointing. The window curtains are extremely dirty and stained. The beds smelled really bad that of armpit smell. The carpets were stained all over the place. We tried turning on the fire place but no key to the gas release called help line " could not help". Did not know where it was. I have little onces and outlets were missing covers. Water leaks on the walls with paint falling.. Very disappointed on this property I know there are old property's but at least maintain them and provide a clean property. I mean the cleaning fee it's not cheap. Replace curtains really really dirty not nice to look at.

Good stay

The house was nice but dated. The neighborhood was nice and lots of wildlife. There was more than enough to keep the teenage kids busy. The only problems were the kitchen stove broke while were there. The property manager called someone to fix it. It was fixed a few hours later and we were able to use it. All in all it was a good stay and we would stay at this property again.
