Great place to stay!

This rental is spacious, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, and located within walking distance to downtown restaurants and cafes. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely stay here again.

The condo was adequate and the pool area is very clean with nice landscaping. We could not get either sliding door to the deck to close fully. The fan in the front bedroom didn’t work so it was hot for sleeping. The handy man came by to fix it but we never heard from him again. And it was not fixed. The large living room TV connection is horrible. We spent hours trying to get it to work so we could stream in the evening. We mentioned it to the office but they didn’t do anything about it. The handy man said it may be the batteries in the remote and he would bring some by. He didn’t. We bought and installed batteries but it didn’t help. We think it’s the modem or router as Spectrum worked fine on the wireless WiFi on the bedroom TV. Also some baseboard was laying on the floor by the front door and the repairman never came back to fix it.

The property, unit, parking area and location were all fantastic. Each room was perfect and the air was a nice reprieve from the hot air outside. The pool was perfect and was well maintained. The parking area was super close to the elevator. Finally, the location was perfect for anyone who likes to walk. Going in to town was an easy walk. Would definitely book this again!

Great location.

The unit was fantastic. Very clean and very well equipped. The pool and grill area was amazing and always has room. Also the location of the property was perfect. Close to everything but removed enough to still be very quiet.

Lacking adequate towels and quality of towels. 4 people only had 1 bath towel, 1 wash cloth per person, and had to share a hand towel (1 hand towel for 2 people). And only 2 pool towels for 4 people. Should have had at least 4 pool towels.Towel ring was broken in one bathroom when we arrived and not a single towel bar or any where else to hang a towel except a small hook on the back of bathroom door. Ceiling fan didn't work in one bedroom. BOTH the towel ring and fan the host said they would come and fix ASAP, and they never fixed in the 6 days we stayed.Plus the frig was leaking water on the floor and that was never addressed either.

We do provide a standard starter set of bath and beach towels based on the number of occupants. We will review our inventory levels to ensure they are more than adequate for future guests. Regarding the towel ring, ceiling fan, and refrigerator leak, we sincerely apologize that these were not resolved during your stay as intended. We strive to address maintenance concerns promptly, and we regret that we fell short in this instance. These items have since been addressed to prevent future inconvenience. Overall, fantastic property. Very convenient walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo itself is very nice. Just a few hiccups. which is more due to incompetent maintenance check prior to our arrival. No light when you enter at night, still was not fixed when we left. The broken closet door was fixed the next day and shower head in the primary bathroom was fixed in two days.

Great location

We were happy with how close this condo was to town & the beach. As for the condo, it was fine. It could use a deep clean and updating. There are a few repairs needed. The front door needs a hard push to open it, one of the closet doors is off the rail, the fridge leaks water on the floor, the sliding door in the living room that goes out on the balcony will not lock from the inside. There were a few roaches in the kitchen.

Property needs some TLC

The general living area is quite comfortable and the complex is very nice. Also, the location is close to town and beaches. Very nice if you enjoy walking which we do. The secondary bedroom was disappointing. It had a queen size bed instead of the advertised king size bed. In addition, the sliding door didn’t open in that bedroom. The garbage disposal on-switch was completely missing so there was no garbage disposal although there was food down the sink from previous guests. The last few days of our stay the refrigerator leaked so we woke up to a puddle every morning. We still had a nice stay making the most out of a few inconveniences.
