Pool is cleaned on a weekly basis. Due to certain factors such as pool being in the open, proximity to ocean, winds due to canal, weather etc. debris such as foliage may be evident in pool including some sandiness. We do our best to keep debris out of the pool but sometimes the environment is uncooperative. This does not mean the pool hasn't been cleaned.

Pest control is performed on a regularly scheduled basis. Due to the fact that this is a tropical climate there are bugs and creatures that you may not be accustomed to if you are not familiar with south Florida. The presence of bugs and creatures such as iguanas and lizards is common. While we do our best to prevent them, it is not possible to eliminate them 100%. Other factors such as rain, heat and being situated on the water can contribute to their presence.
