You can't pass up this great location! This multi-story 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Townhome in Mammoth Lakes California located within walking distance to the The Village and near Canyon Lodge, is also on the free winter shuttle route (Blue Line). (PLEASE NOTE THIS UNIT IS HAVING IT'S DECK REBUILT THIS SUMMER) The townhome has a spacious layout and two story floorplan and comfortably sleeps 8. On the entry level there is a spacious mudroom entry way to store all of your gear, and two bedrooms and full bath. Bedroom one features a King bed with TV. Bedroom two features a Queen and two Twin beds, flatscreen TV. The shared full bathroom is accessed from the hallway and features a tub/shower combo. On the upper level, the third bedroom features a Queen bed with TV and full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. On this level the open plan living room and dining room looks over an expansive deck with private BBQ grill so you can soak in the quiet forest setting. Cozy around the wood burning stove or catch a movie on the 55" flatscreen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, and the dining space offers seating for 6 with additional bar stool seating at the kitchen. This unit comes with smart TVs, complimentary WIFI. The Lakeview Villas complex offers a gas BBQ grill for use in the Summer months, outdoor hot tubs that are open year-round, Sauna and a recreation room with games, Fuseball and a pool table. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Please note this unit does not have any laundry access and there is no facilities at the complex community. No pets allowed and no smoking. Guests will be provided two outdoor parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very good. Nice place, clean, convenient parking, comfortable, well stocked with items for kitchen, bathroom, tvs in each bedroom, closet for skis, boots, coats, etc.

Perfect place for our group!

Stayed over the weekend with a couple of friends - short walk to the gondola for skiing, clean and spacious. Had a great time!

Reviewer Comments: Everything was great but you should put modern fire sticks or equivalent in the living room bc navigating the tv with three boxes and remotes is impossible.
