Come and EXPERIENCE the OCEAN FRONT at this BEAUTIFUL and well appointed THREE BEDROOM and FULL BATHROOM HOUSE on GABRIOLA ISLAND. RENOVATIONS completed May 2024. Ocean and Mountain views from every room.

The HOUSE has a LARGE SUNDECK facing the OCEAN and the property has BEACH ACCESS with private pathway. Located on a QUIET road facing DeCourcey and Mudge Islands, the retreat has views of wildlife and natural scenery, many large PARKS with BIKING/HIKING, RESTAURANTS, shopping and common amenities.

This stylish HOUSE features a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need and LARGE DINING TABLE, perfect for HOSTING gatherings. The living room has a 42" TV and cozy NEW furniture. The unit has laundry and a LARGE SUNDECK with Furniture and a BBQ.

This cottage is on a large a 3/4 Acre grassy property great for pets and games.

Pictures accurately reflect the home and location. Kitchen was adequately equipped for making meals at home. A good supply of paper products, as well as shampoo/conditioner/soap and laundry/dish detergent were provided. The deck is large with plenty of seating and a lovely view. Very quiet location with bird-watching and wildlife. Groceries, gas and the ferry are about a 10 minute drive. We enjoyed our stay and would book here again!

We have always loved Gabriola, but this place is really spectacular! Beautiful property, amazing, peaceful, private location, and the house was just perfect. It was spotlessly clean, super comfortable for our group of 5 and fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were divine and the place was so quiet, I got some record high sleep scores! The BBQ was great and we loved spending as much time as possible on the fabulous deck. We were especially blown away by the gorgeous rocky beach. The weather was not peak summer yet, but we enjoyed a bit of the refreshing 'temperate rainforest' weather that makes BC so green. Despite a few showers, several of our friends swam every day(!)Thanks so much for sharing this magical piece of Gabriola with us. We hope to be back again soon!

The yard was perfect for our pet. My sheets had a yellow stain on them, the tub is very slippery and would be nice to have a regular coffee maker. The setting was gorgeous.

Perfect place!!

We just stayed for a few days in this lovely little home on Gabriola. It was nicely renovated, beautifully clean, and had everything we could possibly need including access to a pretty beach. Would love to come and stay again! Thank you Mason!

Property exactly as described. Very well equipped, very clean, fabulous outside deck when the weather is good. Very quiet location. Steps/ walkway down to rocky beach, lovely little bay below. Had a great stay would definately go back Owner very responsive to our one inquiry.

Everything, fabulously excellent

Absolutely loved the property, the posting was accurate and the property even better in reality. The location on the water means just hanging around is a vacation in itself. of best quality. The cabin is comfortable, kitchen well stocked and matresses on all beds Would definitely return.

A gem of a property

Pictures don’t do this properly justice. It is so clean and well equipped for a family stay. The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, there are beach towels and board games… The property is amazing with private access to the beach is so special. Exploring tide pools in the morning and swimming in the afternoon. This is a special place, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family vacation

We travelled with three littles and a few adults. Beautiful property and cottage. House was well equipped. Beach access easy stairs and a lovely patio over the beach. Swimming at high tide was like an aquarium swim. Lots of beach life and adventures. Beds were comfortable. We would recommend to future guests.
